Bed was a little to firm and uncomfortable . Hotel was nice and close to restaurants and attractions.

Uncomfy bed

Have stayed before at this hotel and the bed was much more comfy. This one was a through back. No pillow top. Not comfy! I started stay at Marriott because of their pillow top beds. Disappointing.

Rooms were comfy!! Staff was nice. Very convenient to Disneyland

Disappointed

Pros: I like the size of the rooms. And that there is a Target across the street
Cons: The bell men need some training.
We had stayed here a few months ago and had a great stay. But not so much this time. Everything went wrong from the time we pulled up. They didn’t seem to want to help us with our luggage. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor and they kept saying they’d send someone up to fix it and they never did. And that was the way it went with everything. Very disappointing stay.

Okay but not great

I have high expectations for Marriott. The AC wasn’t working. They were able to fix it fairly quickly. Hallways were hot. Staff was good. When you book a Marriott Hotel, it should be a great experience. This was ‘OK’.

Nice Hotel.

Everything was great except that breakfast was way over priced. How much can you charge for eggs. It's not that I couldn't afford it, it was just ridiculously overpriced considering I was paying for six people. Also, still can't get over the fact that you charge to park your car on your property. I spent over $1400 for two rooms for 3 nights and was still charged for parking. Glad I don't live in this state. At least you didn't get me on a tourism fee THIS time like you did last month. Sad. But, overall the rooms themselves were actually nice.

Nice hotel great location

My daughter and I wanted to enjoy a day at Disneyland so I booked it last minute. Clean room, comfortable bed. Only complaint I have was that the tv didn't work. Someone came to fix it and couldn't get it to work. The next morning my daughter told the guy at the front desk and the gave us free breakfast buffets for the inconvenience. Over all good experience.

It’s on the public trolley to Disneyland and there

I got a big surprise when I got to this hotel. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is one of the worst. Didn’t have to put our own hair and stuff in the shower because it was already there when we arrive. The floors were filthy as where’s the rest of the room the carpets were covered with dirt and badly stained, and the vacuuming was minuscule, if any. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Send towels were like sandpaper. I was more than disappointed. I stayed here 10 years ago and it was a good hotel. I would never recommend this to anyone I guess you pays your money you takes your chances. I complain to housekeeping, I’ve complained to the front desk, I called and complained of the phone. I’m sure none of it did any good at all. I had a feeling this is a get them in and get them out hotel.
