Easy parking, close to Disneyland, decent breakfast. Downside, you can hear traffic, but if you are tired from walking all day, you will sleep well with the fan running.

We just stayed at this hotel for 7 nights (family of 4). Generally speaking, I would definitely recommend this hotel. A few notes and details though: - Included breakfast: the options don't change, but there are a few to chose from. Typical waffles, eggs (fried and hard boiled), sausage patties, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, etc. The area is clean and when an item runs out, it is quickly replenished. It is also included, which is a big deal. Breakfast for 4 at the nearest IHOP was >$120 USD...so we took advantage of this "free" breakfast every day. - Rooms are clean as is the hotel. - We used the pool and it was great (warm and clean). - Noise: We were on the 5th floor (top floor) on traffic side, and yes, it is loud. We live in the city and are used to city noises, but this is cars racing at all times of the night (i.e. loud noise of cars gearing up), so it did wake us up. - Elevators: there's only 1 (out of 2) elevators working. So we took the stairs when we could (it's very slow and busy in the morning with people checking out and/or going to breakfast). - Staff are really nice and accommodating. - Room cleaning is by request only. I actually prefer this as it means that we didn't have to tidy up each morning, and there is less concern for items going missing. We requested the room be cleaned once (before 10:00 am) and it was done the same day. Perfect. - Parking is included and lots of spaces (always had a spot). - Walking to Disney is 20ish minutes.

All in all it was a decent place to stay. The breakfast was okay just very crowded and hard to maneuver through but it did the job of an easy meal. The rooms are quiet you don’t hear neighbors. A big complaint is there is only one working elevator which is frustrating when you are on the 5th floor.

This hotel is across the street and just a bit of a walk down from Disneyland. That location has many dining and shopping options. The staff was friendly, the surrounding were pleasant and clean, check in and out was fast. The best part, the room was very clean, tidy, modern and the bed was very comfortable.

Very very rundown. Public areas are very dirty. Bathroom leaked all over, no functioning fan. Half the staff was very friendly and helpful, the other half wouldn’t give a rat’s butt. Wouldn’t recommend if you are used to high end hotels, this is a roadside motel feeling at best.

Great place to stay if going to Disneyland. They have free breakfast everyday. They could use some work on updating some things like their bathroom showers and elevators but otherwise an okay place to stay at for a trip for a great price.

My son and I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff was great! Room was very clean. Breakfast was good and well-stocked. My only complaint is that it is right next to the freeway, so the traffic noise was quite loud, so pack ear plugs. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Staff was very kind and hotel was within walking distance to Disneyland. However, our bathroom shower head squealed horribly and there was another audible squeak from inside the room that we couldn’t identify over the four nights we stayed.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast is always great and well stocked. Our room faced the street and you can hear cars all night. They were doing some construction on the parking lot but there was still plenty of parking on site.

The property was an average hotel. The lobby smelled of disinfectant akin to the smell of a men’s room. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was disappointing due to a very limited choices. The rooms are very outdated. It’s a clean place to sleep and the shower is decent. Nothing special but not too bad.

Great for Disneyland. Only issue i had was the window sounds like it was open (but it wasn't) lots of noise from the streets. Heating unit was also very loud.
