A Disappointment.

Posted Aug 11, 2017
Pros: Hotel is in a very good location.
Cons: Carpet in room need to be professionally cleaned.
Location: Close to Disneyland.
First time staying at a Courtyard. Smaller hotel. Floors must be made out of wood because you can hear people walking in the hallways and above you. Room and hotel had very strong odor of some kind of cleaning solution. Carpet in room was dirty and felt like there were sticky stuff stuck in it.

Arrived way to early to check in but,the staff said no problem and check us in straight away.Really nice as we were tired from traveling and I've been turned down by many other hotels in the past so it was nice of them to take care of us.Plenty of quality dining options within walking distance and Disney a short walk as well.

Would stay here again

Posted Jul 6, 2017
This same experience you would expect at any Courtyard, just a lot pricier! For the amount they are charging guests they could jazz up the pool area which is a little plain. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Had a little issue with loud neighbors but that is to be expected this near Disneyland. Overall we were happy with our stay.

NOT SO NICE

Posted Jun 27, 2017
Pros: closeness to Disney
Cons: everything I mentioned above
1. For $350/night in the Family Suite it was not worth the money. 2. Noisy neighbors at 2:30 am one night and 3:30 am the next. Contacted hotel staff, they said they called but nobody answered, which is hilarious because we didn't even tell them which room was making the noise...how would they know. Called operator twice - they did NOTHING. My husband went over and knocked on the door BOTH nights. 3. Our TV didn't work in one of the rooms, called the staff - they said they could have someone come out on SUNDAY morning - we were leaving Sunday!! Terrible.

Great hotel convenient for the Disney Parks

Posted Jun 6, 2017
Pros: It was bright and airy and very clean.
Cons: The only things I can think of that would improve it would be to include a light breakfast with the price of the room and/or reduce the parking costs
Location: You can walk to the Disney parks in around 15 minutes, though a local shuttle exists for $5 a day. It is also close to Interstate 5 which is handy.
This is a great hotel, just set back a little off Harbor Boulevard, but within walking distance of the Disney Parks. The rooms, foyer, pool and bistro were all bright and immaculate. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food in the bistro was good and reasonably priced. Parking was easily arranged and reasonable for this part of Anaheim. All in all, an excellent choice that I would have no hesitation in making again.

Nice hotel, but bad customer service

Posted May 25, 2017
Pros: Rooms were nice.
It's crazy nowadays that hotels still charge for wifi service, but I know for them each dollar counts I guess. So I called to get instructions on how to get the "free" wifi during my stay. They instructed me on how to do so and I thought everything was fine and dandy. I get the bill for check-out and I am charged the $4.95 (i believe it is) for the wifi. I logged on using the instructions, not sure if I might have pressed a wrong button accidentally. I know it's only $5 but that should be change for a hotel company of this size. I went to talk to the front desk about it and he was so rude, didn't even give me a little bit of a chance to explain my side. I mean for $5, most companies use the customer is always right rule. I am a very kind person, and I was not rude, maybe I would have walked away with with a better attitude if I was talked to in a kinder way. There's always a better way to say things than with frustration and rudeness. I don't remember his name, but he was a very tall, white male. But, the hotel maids were very nice and always gave a smile as we walked by.

Dear Vivi, Thank you for staying with us at the Courtyard Anaheim. I am so sorry you were not treated in the manner you should be. I will be following up to our staff can see how their actions effect our guests. All Courtyards give free internet and then for $4.95 you can upgrade to a faster feed. Sorry it was not easily notated. Thank you for recognizing our housekeeping staff.

Don't park here

Posted May 4, 2017 on Hotels
Overall hotel was clean and staff was friendly. However, if you only stay 3 nights here, they will charge you 4 days of parking (Yes they even charge you a $15 parking fee for the couple hours in the morning before you check out.) Was expecting to pay $45 for 3 day stay but had to pay $60. Also the parking area sucks! Got tree sap all over my new car and it is very, very difficult to remove! In conclusion, would not stay here again

Thank you for staying at the Courtyard Anaheim. Sorry about the parking charges as parking is at a premium in Anaheim and this charge is throughout the area. We do appreciate your feedback.
