I called the front desk from the hotel phone to get a late check out twice and nobody answered. So I had to call the hotel with my own phone . Once they answered the phone I told them that I called twice and the front lady told me that I did not. She Accused me of lying and gave me an attitude.

Bad experience with hotel stay

Pros: Hotel staff was friendly.
Cons: Prevent fire alarm from falsely going off, management should monitor and regulate loud and rowdy guests. Ensure that no one is smoking in the hallway
Location: Nothing nearby.
Fire alarm went off several times in the early mornings, no explanation provided by the front desk. Loud and rowdy guests. Smoke could be smelled in the hallway.

We are never happy when the alarm sounds because it either means our guests are in potential danger or their sleep is interrupted unnecessarily. Dirty room and definitely not close to Disneyland!

We booked this hotel because the description said in Disneyland and free breakfast, both amenities that we were looking for. Hotel is 15 mins DRIVING from Disney, not anywhere close!! Secondly, the room smelled horrid and was filthy. Sheets and countertops were dirty like they just made the bed and didn't wipe anything down. Also, the free breakfast is literally a granola bar and a single packaged mini muffin and coffee. NOT free breakfast, that is a free snack! Worst hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in some cheap hotels. Gross.

The room smelled like smoke and the staff was not helpful. It was very noisy in the food and the so call breakfast was a joke.

Booked non-smoking room but smoking room given. The staff insisted that I booked a smoking room and said there would be no smell even though it is smoking room. I confirmed I booked a non-smoking room amd found terrible smell. Booked 4 nights but had to check out after only one night.

The room smell of smoking really bad.

And make the mistake to book a smoking room when I got to the hotel I request it's not smoking but the attendant has very poor customer service and he flat-out says no no explanation given and the hotel was empty not at full capacity.

Better than we expected!

When we got into our room, we walked directly into the kitchenette with the bathroom on the left. The bed was comfy as my boyfriend and I were able to get a great night's rest. Also about 10 mins away from Disney and about 45-60 mins from DTLA. We were pleasantly surprised!

Teribal stay room was not clean .it took me three hours to get my room key because they said you do not have reservations with us .our system is not showing your reservation. I go to smearing without changing cloths.
