Clean but they gave my room away

The hotel staff was polite. The hotel was clean with an average breakfast. However they gave my 2 queen room away without telling me and then moved my party of 4 into a King room with a very old and dirty roll away. They told me when you book with expedia there is no guarantee on your room. Won’t stay there again because I usually book through expedia and need reliable accommodations.

Clean, spacious rooms, good service and convenient

Good for family and business stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms . Close to attractions. Parking is relatively safe. Free breakfast is ok. Will use it again if traveling to the same area.

Nice room, convenient location.

The room was nice, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly better than most, with a good variety and selection of food. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and stores, with many more just a few minutes drive away.

Best Hotel Ever!

This stay was the best we have ever experienced in a hotel and we were very happy to stay at the Hamptons Inn. The breakfast had amazing variety for all types of people which I found very satisfactory. The service was done with care and the workers were eager to please. We are looking forward to future experiences with you guys

Look for somewhere better

I chose Hampton Inn since they are usually one of the nicer hotels.... this one did not live up to my expectations. The bed was hard/uncomfortable and the sheets were over-starched (very rough). They were not at all prepared for the breakfast crowd...granted it was a long holiday weekend, but there were 3 workers helping out with breakfast and they still couldn't keep up at all....everything was empty and they were slow to replenish or simply didn't replace some items at all....very disappointing overall.

Improve your facilities,bath tubs, drainage, specially room 312. All the rest is fine.

Hidden Gem

This Hotel is kind of hidden behind a strip mall and is next to a Target. Had a great stay with my wife. Our initial room was next door to some really loud guests. I called down to the front desk and asked if we could be moved. They were happy to oblige. The new room was very spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was very good, as Hampton's always are, and well maintained. We'll be back.
