The location is great. The guy at the front desk wad cool. It's clean n quiet. I recommend to anyone.

My experience was horrible the second night I saw a bug on the bed I had showed the manager and she just kept saying that it was a big from outside. The last night we where there I was packing and I noticed that some of my make up was missing, I had told the manager and she just responded that things like that had never happened there! So I still told that my things where missing and she just kept saying that she didn’t know because things like that had never happened there and there was no apology or anything.

Cheaper is not always better

Pros: Not too far to walk to Disney for teenagers and older. Too far to walk if you have little kids.
Cons: See my comments above for general cleanliness and health.
Location: Very close to a Starbucks and IHOP.
We stayed in Room #111. My initial thought was the room was fairly clean, however the muggy and musty air gave a clue otherwise. I found it odd the bathroom door was left shut when we arrived. I quickly realized the plumbing problem was the major contributor. The grossest part was the black mold growing between the tiles on the shower wall. There is a constant stream of water coming out of the tub faucet, creating a humid and muggy environment. The mold is growing from the bottom all the way up to chest height all the way around the tub so you know this plumbing problem has been going on at least 6-months, most likely longer. I notified the manager and her reaction was a general affect that she has heard this complaint many times. She did not seem surprised at all. My white socks were heavily stained black from the amount of dirt imbedded in the dark colored carpet. I doubt the carpets have been cleaned in several years. The beds were firm enough but it would be nice if the beds had more than two very small pillows on each one. They were small and well worn. The motel needs to invest in better cleaning staff. Tooth paste splatter is dried all over the cabinets, wall and mirror over the vanity.

Central Disneyland motel

Location: Safe location, walkable to Disneyland in 10 minutes. Restaurants, convenient stores near by.
Reasonable price, safe location and walkable to Disneyland in 10 minutes. Restaurants, 24hr convenient stores and other attractions near by. Easy parking. Old motel but room is upgraded and neat arrangement. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. I satisfied staying with this motel. Definitely recommend to my friends.

Good price and location

The location was perfect, the rooms do not face the street so there isn’t noise from the street, took about 15 minutes to walk to Disney and there are nice restaurants across the street from the hotel. The room was kind of clean, there was a razor left in the bathroom from previous guests, a dirty qtip on the nightstand and the bathroom floor had hair all over it. But they did come in and clean my room every day and gave us fresh towels daily. There is a microwave and fridge which was a plus. The breakfast was less than impressive, pre packaged muffins and teddy graham things, I didn’t even try the coffee. The breakfast satisfies my kids though. Luckily there is a Starbucks 3 doors down. I definitely would stay there again because for a place to sleep after Disney was perfect, price and location was very reasonable.

Good location, but outdated

Pros: Location to Disneyland
This is one of three in a run of older style motels left on Katella Avenue. Elsewhere there are more modern hotels and newer designed motels. Sadly, despite other reviews I was disappointed with Little Boy Blue. Room was tired and in need of freshening up. Breakfast was poor and extremely minimal. Advantages were free parking, fair price, good location in easy walking distance of Disneyland plus local restaurants - but while 'doing the job' for a one/two night stay, if I knew then what I know now if I visited Anaheim again I'd pay a little bit more to stay in one of the more modern nearby options.

Horribly disrespectful staff

50 characters won't be enough to explain how disrespectful and rude the front desk staff was with me front check in to check out. Just to mention something the manager, who was the one that checked me in, make us get out of the room in the middle of the night being disrespectful and rising his voice at me and scaring my children just because he thought we had extra people in our room. Are you serious!? If all that wasn't enough at the end of my stay i went in to turn in the key, I ask for my receipt and the lady there super rude too denied it. Really!? I do NOT recommend staying there specially if you are staying with your family because they don't know how to deal with families. P.S. I couldn't complain to anyone at the hotel cause the manager himself was the one being disrespectful and he was the highest level there, that's what I got told.
