Close to Disneyland but...

Posted Nov 13, 2017
Checking in was probably the worst part of this...my card wasn’t going through or “declining” and almost forced me to take money out of their atm machine which would have charged me almost 4 dollars for no reason since my card or should I say cards were in perfect condition to use...the bed sheets all had stains which is to be known since it is a very busy hotel and the refrigerator wasn’t really working

Close to Disneyland

Posted Nov 11, 2017
Check in staff were friendly, walking distance to Disneyland approx 10 mins. Parking was listed as free on Expedia but cost us $28 USD . Room was very small, not very clean feeling, not noise proof from the room next door we could hear the people next to us having intercourse in the morning because our rooms had the option of having adjoining rooms with the door in between. Breakfast wasn’t good: waffle batter wasn’t good, eggs weren’t good, bad coffee, bad pastries and muffins. The only part of the breakfast that is OK to eat is the toast and jam, and the juice. Location is great if you’re going to Disneyland for the day.

Stay close to Disneyland on a budget

Posted Nov 9, 2017
At about a half mile walk from the entrance to Disneyland, the 10 minute walk gives this hotel a leg up on other options that leave you waiting for a shuttle or driving your own vehicle. The complimentary breakfast offers a modest number of options to get you going in the morning. The negatives are the cramped rooms and proximity to the noisy freeway.

Nice budget hotel

Posted Nov 7, 2017
Pros: Free breakfast, not far from bus stops, nice sized beds, mini fridge located in room with a microwave and coffee pot.
Cons: Floor mats for bathroom, more choice for breakfast
Location: Disneyland is located within a 10 minute walk or a short bus ride on the ART bus. The Convention Center is within a 20 minute walk.
Hotel's located just east of Disneyland within walking distance of two bus stops (ART and OC) that take you pretty much anywhere in the area if you feel you don't want to walk and don't want to do Uber/Lyft, taxi, or rent a car. The breakfast was okay although it would have been nice to have some meat like bacon or sausage. The orange juice tasted like it was watered down the first day but tasted better the next. The butter was kept in the fridge which made it difficult to spread. I started taking packets back to my room to warm up overnight to use the next morning. Room service was consistent about tidying up the room every time we left for the day. Rooms are a bit dark if you don't use the light by the bed or have the window curtain open, and the room configuration is a bit odd. The bathroom light switch is located outside of the bathroom which can get a little irritating. There's also no floor mat in the bathroom. I nearly slipped multiple times getting out of the shower. Had to resort to putting a towel on the floor. The gift shop is okay if you can get into it. First time I went, it was closed. Finally found it open on the second to last day of my visit. It sells things like clothing, state spoons for those that collect them, key chains, and drinks. I didn't get a chance to use the pool. The staff, what few members I interacted with, were very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed this hotel, it was a short walk to Disneyland. We wish they could have served a different breakfast everyday. No complaints.

Parking nightmare

Posted Sep 28, 2017
The staff was great including housekeeping and maintenance crew but the food and the parking was disappointing. You pay for a parking spot but not guaranteed a spot. The cars are all sardined in and when we checked in, parking stalls for check-in were full of cars. We had to keep driving around in circles until someone left parking spaces. Come to find out that the Holiday Inn was using the Quality Inn's parking lot. They should have there own parking elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will not be staying there nor recommend it.

Dear Cristina, I'm glad to hear that the staff was great, however, I do sincerely apologize about the parking issues you were having during your stay. We do have valet on property 24/7 and they are more than welcome to assist our guest. Regardless, I will follow up with valet so this issue doesn't occur again in the future. We hope that next time you are in Anaheim you give us another opportunity.

Ok on a budget.

Posted Sep 23, 2017
We were looking for a budget Disney hotel and this fit the bill. Nothing at all impressed about the hotel although no major disappointments either. Hard to say if it was a good value for money as there are nicer hotels for not much more in the same vicinity. Ok if looking for the cheapest option in walking distance of Disneyland.

Dirty hotel

Posted Sep 21, 2017
Our room was much smaller than indicated. It stunk of mold and cigarette smoke. The sheets felt like sandpaper and even my 10 yr old thought it was a disgusting room. Parking is limited and the pool is in a terrible location.

Below average Inn but close to Disneyland

Posted Sep 14, 2017
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Security of each rooms, the room itself needs an update.
Location: Disneyland very close
If you are looking for a cheap stay close to Disneyland this place will do. Do not expect much, there was a mucky smell in the room, the room was tired and drab and it did not feel very secure. In saying this nothing bad happened at the hotel, just didn't feel. Not that I was going to have a coffee but the machine appeared to not have been cleaned for a while. Its an old, tired place but it was cheap. If you want amazing amenities you have to spend more.
