Was under the impression that all rooms had a fireplace, must have been mistaken. A few of my cards did not work, but overall good experience.

great hotel for individuals, couples, or families

Pros: everything
Cons: already a good price, but lower would even be better
Location: was only in town for a wedding so not sure what is around. disneyland perhaps?
books a queen suite. had kitchen with appliances, stove and sink. had everything we needed. updated bathroom. room and property were clean and comfortable. nice pool and tennis court. daily free breakfast had great variety and was awesome! service staff were very polite and accommodating! would highly recommend staying here

Clean and well kept

Not as comfortable as other Residence Inns

Cons: There is not a comfortable chair/sofa for reading/relaxing. Sofa has no arms, no footstool, no coffee table. Very uncomfortable.
Very small, crowded breakfast room. There is not a comfortable chair/sofa to read/relax. Did meet the comfort/convenience standards of the Residence in Irvine and Fountain Valley, CA that we've been staying in for years.

Where to go to survive if your A/C gives out!!

Great facility. Good friendly service. Good breakfast. Only recommended improvement at this non-smoking facility is to have smokers not hang around just outside the doors. Move them further away from the buildings.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in. The room was comfortable and clean. The coffee in the room was not good and no instructions. They give you a full size coffee pot and one coffee pod, but they don't have instructions on how to make it. Luckily they had excellent coffee at the breakfast!

Home away from home

Room was better than we imagined we were very happy with it. The only downfall comes with them allowing dogs. Where as I normally appreciate this and I bring my own dog this time there was a very annoying dog that started barking at 7 AM both mornings that I was there. When my normal schedule during the week is to be up at 4 AM and I don't get to bed until 10 PM, I was really looking forward to a weekend of sleeping in which didn't happen. That was not the hotels fault I just wish the other people would be more considerate.

The room was clean and the staff was super helpfull. It was very far from the airport, but if you really want to stay in a clean room with a nice bed it's worth it.
