hotel is very basic but very nice. rooms could be a bit nicer but as someone who is only there to sleep (i don’t have children, for example, and i’m likely to leave early and come back late) it does the job. worth noting the staff are all very friendly, helpful and approachable and the breakfast is fantastic and caters well to dietary issues!

A cheaper alternative to the on site hotels

This was our second visit - so we obviously liked it the first time. This is the ideal hotel if you basically use your room for sleeping. There is nothing fancy about the rooms - comfy beds, decent bathroom - all you need when visiting the Disney parks. It is situated at the end of the free bus route which serves four other hotels so you could be lucky and get a seat. The downside is trying to get a bus at the end of the day. With the bus serving so many hotels on the route, the buses get VERY busy. We let a couple of buses go before catching ours. That said, the bus is no reflection on the hotel. There is a nice bar area, some vending machines and a shop. We had planned to visit the shop when we checked out but unfortunately it wasn't open - a little annoying as we had checked the opening times the evening before. The breakfast is plentiful, lots of choice from sausage, bacon, tomatoes, eggs on the hot plate, cold meats and cheese, various baked goods with a selection of spreads, and a variety of cereals. There are machines offering hot and cold drinks. There must be something for everyone at breakfast. The breakfast staff are welcoming and helpful.

Good hotel - pleasant for a Disney stay

We had a pleasant stay at the Kyriad. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very clean. Breakfast was a buffet and plentiful. We always got on the shuttle bus as this hotel is normally the first pick up point 😀. The hotel was good value for money. The hotel needs more storage in the rooms as we had nowhere to put clothes!

Hotel Standards

The rooms are basic but reasonably comfortable. Our room in need of refurbishment/painting/decorating it looked worn. My parents room had black mould in the corner over the wardrobe. This was cleaned when we complained about it (although we should never have had to bring it to their attention). Also the safe in my parents room was not working. They sent a technican to repair it. Breakfast good, food nice and reasonable selection. If you require a travel cot or kettle you can only request this on arrival. NOT in advance. We got a cot but no kettles were available when checked. We didn't ask again.

Smokey room

The hotel was within 3 minutes shuttle from Disney. The only issue I had is the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. It was noticeable when we arrived and was on the bed clothes and towels

Perfect for a Disney trip

Pros: Ease of transport to parks. Lots of hot water. Very reasonable price and nice rooms.
Location: Very close to Disney parks and easy to get there on the shuttle. So from Disney you can get into Paris very easily.
Lovely 2 nights spent at hotel while visiting Disney during day. Very grateful for the lashings of hot water needed after a full day spent in the parks. Staff very welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast OK but I didn't have the full English. Have used 4 or 5 times in the past and always found it great.

Great place to stay for visiting Disney. Shuttle there very easy and often. Rooms great for family's. Staff very helpful.

Total Waste of My Money

This hotel was so terrible that Even my 10 years old nephew rejected sleeping in this hotel. I had to spend another money for another hotel because the smell was terrible enough that my family could not stay in this hotel even for a night. This hotel was expensive worst hotel ever worse than BnB

Awfull stay at the hotel.

Arrived to the hotel they had took two paymemts from my bank account what they argued with me about until i showed them my online banking. . One staff member stood waving his hands at me and walked of laughing what i thought was rude! hotel was not welcoming and i would not reccomend staying there.

Not Disney standards

Cons: Shut the hotel down and do a complete remolded it.
Location: Disney land was close by took 15mins the first day by bus but the next day took an hour cause they went a complete different way.
First room we got smelled like pee and then the second room we got the bathroom bath leaked all over in to the room and in to the hallway. There was traces of bed bugs, we inform the hotel of this and they told us that it was from the past time. The pricing on the buffet is was over price for the lack of choice that you get to pick from and they jack the price up due to the running marathon at Disney. If I was look for another hotel. There was not AC they lied about that as well.

We never boost- up the prices for this event, and I will transmit your remark about the buffet to the F&B manager. Concerning the room, I immediatly informing the head of technical department and he will check. About the AC, it is a reversible system and iat this period that hot air not cold. Best regards
