Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus (free) to parks and train station - easy access to Paris itself.

Lovely hotel and staff

We had an upgrade. Really helpful staff. Nice warm pool. Only downside is shuttle doesnt run as late as the other hotels do. We stayed at the park for dinner as the hotel food is over priced, and there is no shuttle so we paid for an uber. Uber was £7.50 so was worth it to not cut our evening short

4/5 good hotel but breakfast 20 Euros / person and dinner 30 Euros / person is a bit expensive at this hotel

Good points and bad points

Pros: Free shuttle to parks, comfortable rooms helpful reception staff
Cons: Serve cider in the bar vending machines seeking water and orange juice. Lower the prices of the food and drink.
Location: In the middle of nowhere about a 20minute walk to nearest village. 10minute shuttle to parks. 1 hour from Paris by train.
Stayed here in Oct weather was fab so Hotel was busy but not overcrowded. Room was big clean and spacious. shuttle to parks was free and on time which was great. Staff at front desk were polite and very helpful however waiters and bar staff were very slow and some quite rude. Food and drinks very expensive but that’s the same all over Paris. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you can’t just pop out to eat anywhere else. If you require a soft drink in he morning or water there is nowhere to buy one unless you are paying for. breakfast so make sure when your out you buy water to take back to your room. No cider is served at the bar major downfall for me as that is the only alcoholic drink that I have. WiFi is free and goood reception. Grounds are lovely and the room we stayed in looked over the golf course so that was a bonus. All in all a good stay just a few things that made me rate it a 4 instead of a 5. Tip download the Uber app and if you stay late at downtown Disney it’s only 8 euros to catch a taxi back this is because the shuttle stops an hour after the parks close, also the shuttle is a good 10minute walk from the parks so wear comfortable shoes too.

Excellent for Disney without the crowds

We had a great stay in October half term. The only issues we had were the tea making facilities in the room we not replenished and for a family of 4 were given 1 cup. I told reception who gave me another cup, however the next day the maid took it away again leaving 1 cup! Also our room key was turned off prior to check out meaning I had to go to front desk in a towel from the pool! Breakfast was excellent & couldn’t fault it.

Halloween Getaway

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast and facilities are wonderful. We used the shuttle to disney and we didn’t have any problems. Great family hotel!

Nice hotel for Disney Paris

It was a nice Radisson standard hotel for Disney Paris. Overall staying was a pleasure beside the crowd of the breakfast and shuttle bus to the Disney in the early AM. But the hotel was very organized by reservation system. It was very disappointing on our overall stay until the last day of our breakfast. I brought my own fresh milk for my 2 years old son due to he doesn't like process powder or machine milk. I had ask for favor to warm up his milk to one of the restaurant staff, they were not happy about our request. The staff kept saying please use their milk from the coffee machine. I explained to her that those milk are for fresh and taste different from fresh milk. Also my son doesn't like those type of milk, so we carried all way from Belgium that where we lived. In the end, she took his milk bottle to the kitchen and brought it back with their process milk. I can't proof it she switched in my eyes, but as a dad and I had been doing milk almost 2 years. I know what is the real milk taste like and can tell from the foamy. My son tasted it and spit it out, so I open his milk bottle half of his bottle was fill up with foamed from the machine. I removed all foam out because he can have too mush gas from the foam for the baby and I tasted it. Taste was different so I went to the coffee machine and get some milk out, that was taste the same. In the end, I spoke with the operation manager but it is too late. At this point, I don't have any trust on the staff.

Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, food disappointin

This hotel is beautiful and very convenient for Disneyland Paris but the food experience was disappointing. We were told we had no choice with our evening meal abd was only able to have buffet at set price €30 per head plus drinks - the choice was poor and not value for money. The breakfast buffet was excellent but at €19 per head was quite expensive
