Disappointed stay

First, we had to re-activate the room keys 1-2 times a day, which was really annoying. First night the hotel greeted us with a complimentary water, but nothing on the rest of the days. It would be no problem, but the vending machine that sells water was out of service. The restaurant staff (at a dinner time) did not seem to care about their guests and wasn’t paying much of attention to our needs. Although we had 3 people in a room, they decided to change only 2 towels until I complained. Same happened with a coffee refills. We also observed very late check in of one of the groups that arrived in a muddle of the night. Huge line of people was served by only one person from the staff. The good thing about this hotel is breakfast and a lobby, where you can sit and no one bothers you.

Check in was quite poor as room was not ready until 4pm but others checking in after us went straight to their rooms.

Excellent Staff

Staff were excellent and overall amazing stay. The only things I would improve are; the pillows were very soft and I would like a bit more support with firmer pillows. There was also a very very faint sewage smell in the bathroom when running the tap but it’s not overpowering. The staff were all so lovely and the restaurant was fab too. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, not directly within Disneyland Paris.

The hotel was nice, it was located far enough away outside of the Disneyland Paris park, but close enough drive. The free shuttle to and from the park was not clearly sign posted which was frustrating. But once we understood where to pick it up from, it was easy enough to catch, as well as catching the RER train into Paris. We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Recommend taking the Big Bus Tour around Paris.

Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus (free) to parks and train station - easy access to Paris itself.

Lovely hotel and staff

We had an upgrade. Really helpful staff. Nice warm pool. Only downside is shuttle doesnt run as late as the other hotels do. We stayed at the park for dinner as the hotel food is over priced, and there is no shuttle so we paid for an uber. Uber was £7.50 so was worth it to not cut our evening short

4/5 good hotel but breakfast 20 Euros / person and dinner 30 Euros / person is a bit expensive at this hotel

Good points and bad points

Pros: Free shuttle to parks, comfortable rooms helpful reception staff
Cons: Serve cider in the bar vending machines seeking water and orange juice. Lower the prices of the food and drink.
Location: In the middle of nowhere about a 20minute walk to nearest village. 10minute shuttle to parks. 1 hour from Paris by train.
Stayed here in Oct weather was fab so Hotel was busy but not overcrowded. Room was big clean and spacious. shuttle to parks was free and on time which was great. Staff at front desk were polite and very helpful however waiters and bar staff were very slow and some quite rude. Food and drinks very expensive but that’s the same all over Paris. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you can’t just pop out to eat anywhere else. If you require a soft drink in he morning or water there is nowhere to buy one unless you are paying for. breakfast so make sure when your out you buy water to take back to your room. No cider is served at the bar major downfall for me as that is the only alcoholic drink that I have. WiFi is free and goood reception. Grounds are lovely and the room we stayed in looked over the golf course so that was a bonus. All in all a good stay just a few things that made me rate it a 4 instead of a 5. Tip download the Uber app and if you stay late at downtown Disney it’s only 8 euros to catch a taxi back this is because the shuttle stops an hour after the parks close, also the shuttle is a good 10minute walk from the parks so wear comfortable shoes too.
