Disappointed in the breakfast and pool was very cold. The room wasn’t too clean but still enjoyed the stay.

Rooms were NOT like the online pictures. I would have stayed elsewhere in a better area and modern for the price they charged me 2-3 night. This was NOT right. Room much smaller. Dated. Etc. the police stayed on site. I was overcharged.

Nice place for the price

Pros: Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons: More pillows! Softer beds (but that's just my preference).
Location: Old Town is fun, there were a variety of restaurants nearby. Grocery, drug stores, etc. Very easy access to Disney.
After reading all the reviews, I was skeptical, but made reservations for two nights. The staff was great. The room was clean and nice. The beds were firm. We asked for extra pillows because it gives you 3 to a bed. Not sure why it wouldn't be 4??? It was extremely quiet, almost to the point of not being able to sleep, so we put the fan on for white noise. My only disappointment was that I thought it was located in front of Old Town. I used to go there every year, several years ago, and the Days Inn was always the hotel there. Upon reaching Old Town, we realized the hotel was now a Celebration Inn. I guess that would explain the good price though. Overall, no complaints that are any fault of the hotel.

LOCATION nothing more

We stayed here for 11 nights. Check In was a breeze, the front desk employees were more than helpful. The room was small and simple. The bed was clean, no mold in the room, had the basic necessities. (Tv, coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoos, toiletries,) we had to request for a microwave a day or 2 after we got there and they had one In the room the next morning. Unfortunately it was very low grade and was rusted on the inside. Room service does come to the room each morning, although all they do is make the beds, replace the towels, and replace your trash. Sheets and pillows were only changed once during our stay, and the floors were never vacuumed or swept. We had to ask for new towels twice because they were dirty and had to physically go down and get new ones because there wasn’t enough staff to bring them up to the room. When you first arrive the place does feel run down and defiantly in need of a makeover. Your paying for the location more than anything else. It’s 5 miles to Disney takes no more than 14 minutes with traffic each morning. The rooms are simple and unrenovated you can see cracks in the walls, touch up paint everywhere, water marks on the ceiling, and a musty smell if you don’t run the ac. You do get a free breakfeast from 6-9am make sure you get there early because all they have is frozen eggs that you have to warm up, toast, few fruit, and limited drinks. There is plenty of food places around that you could eat at. Again location location location people.

Convenient

Easy access to Walmart (lost luggage during flight...needed things), easy to get to WDW. Staff friendly and helpful. Room initially no heat...moved us late at night to accomodate. Gave directions to Walmart, held lost luggage when it did arrive. No room safe so asked for no room cleaning during stay but the staff took our towels one day. When called, brought up warm ones immediately with appologies. Breakfast too little and too small a room, but McDonalds around the corner and down a few blocks. Would stay again.

Good for just a night

Check in was easy, staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is just old and in need of repair and updating. Quiet location close to everything including breakfast and parks.

Awful

Checked in on a Friday night, Saturday morning found out we had no hot water and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I let them know at the desk and was assured it would be fixed by the time we returned. We left for the day at about 8am and didn’t get back until after midnight. When we got back we found that house keeping had never come near the room, and nothing had been fixed. Still no hot water or useable toilet. Went to the front desk but had to talk to the clerk through a piece of glass because the lobby was locked and there was no access. The desk clerk told me there was nothing he could do and that I should speak to the manager in the morning. I had to take my son to a gas station at midnight so he could use the bathroom. I tried to speak to a manager the next morning but was told there were none available. The noise level outside the rooms Saturday night was disturbing to say the least, people banging on doors and yelling at all hours of the night. It was an awful experience. Do your research on this hotel and it’s location...it has a not so good history and had I known that before hand I never would have stayed here. The photos that they show on the website are nowhere even close to an accurate representation of the hotel. It’s rundown and worn out to put it politely.

This place was very Dirty, the bed smell the AC smell bad the breakfast was horrible cleaning ladies even though you told him not to clean they still wanted to clean I asked for clean towels I got dirty towels awful never again on this place
