We loved this hotel. The room was large and very nice. We also loved having access ro all the resort amenities. Very friendly staff!

Hallways are muggy and smell.

Pros: Like the staff interaction and location is perfect and near most attractions.
Cons: Add more handicap spaces for vehicles. Get the AC going in the hallways.
Location: It's just right, not too close and not to far to most things.
Should have more handicap parking. Too many veterans are handicapped due to the war, plus we have many seniors that need these spaces. I would say add an additional 6 to 10 spaces in the front. This should be done to all your hotels.

They advertise that they sell tickets for Disney, but i had to buy them across the street, the hotel needs laundry room so families can do laundry by themselves. People that work there is nice but the hotel needs updates.

Comfy and Roomy - Air Conditioner Leaked

We had a problem with our reservation but the front desk handled it once the manager arrived, we had to wait about and hour and a half before it was resolved. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working when we checked in. I called the front desk and after the maintenance man worked on the unit for about 30 minutes he was able to get it working, but waking up in the morning the carpet under the air conditioner leaked and the carpet was soaked. My granddaughter had her back pack next to the pull out bed on the floor (which was by the air conditioner) and it and everything in it was wet. I reported it to the front desk and they came and put 2 fans on the carpet to dry it out. When we returned to our room around 10 pm, the fans were still in the room, I moved them to the hall, turned the air on and within 30 minutes the carpet was again wet and again soaked by morning. The room, however was nice and roomy for 5 people and the beds were very comfortable. Room 427

Zero comfort but 100% service!

The pillows had no firmness and caused us to have severe neck cramps the next morning. We had little to no sleep because of the beds being way to firm. Overall o would not want to stay here again. Other than that the rest of the hotel was quite enjoyable and kind and would gladly return for the service.

We loved our rooms and the Breakfast. Very spacious and worth the few extra dollars for the suite. Breakfast Great! Service wonderful. Only comment is need more trash cans in the rooms.
