Spacious room, great check-in Experience. Only downfall is that although you’ve already paid through Expedia, there’s a $100 deposit once you get there.

Condo close to Disney

Very convenient location to Disney by 192 & I-4. Parking is a huge problem. Not enough parking for all the tenants. Rooms very old & need a lot of updating. Old furniture, carpet & fixtures. Mattress is not comfortable but I've seen worse. Never used the pool but looked very nice.

Long weekend

Pros: The pool and Tony's bar.
Cons: The room could use some updating.
Location: Very central to everything. Only a few minute drive to the theme parks and the airport.
My wife and I went for a long weekend just to get away and relax. The hotel was very nice. We stayed in a junior suite the room felt a little dated but it was clean and very comfortable for the two of us. We hung out at the pool most of the time watching the football game at Tony's pool side bar. The food and Tony's was very good. The stay was very relaxing.

Lots of space, tons of amenities!

I took my boyfriend down for his birthday weekend and the room was absolutely gorgeous! It was like being in our own apartment. The jetted tub was definitely a plus and the room was fully stocked with more than enough towels. We had a washer/dryer which minimized laundry for me when I got home. We did have an issue with the door to our room being open one night when we got back, which I was a little uncomfortable with but the overall experience was great! I would definitely recommend this to others.

Completely deceiving.

Pros: NOTHING.
Cons: This place needs a 100% renovation.
Location: The location is good. Is located on Ponciano which is A block away from 192 and there are a lot of restaurants near by.
Upon our arrival, the outside of this “Resort” looks neatly as to landscaping is concern However when we got to the room 360 degree totally for the worse. The hallway super dirty, when we enter the room the bad small, as soon as we put one bag on the bed we staring to see the BUG BEDS.. so discussing and so mad to have chosen this place. We than head to the front desk to report and ask for our money back. They told us that there was not refund, that they would accommodate us in a different room. It was midnight and we were tired of driving. So we saw our selfies force to stay. The other room was not as bad as the first one but in no way was any better. The lay out was awful, there is a door that comunicantes with the next door room and you can hear them as well as they can hear you, and the gap under the door was soo big that we ended up putting a towel and a luggage to block it for privacy. Overall a such a bad experience. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY AT THIS PLACE. They did not even bother and checking the place to verify the bugbeds, and don’t care as they have to refund you the money. There is not a cleaning staff. So do not expect to see anyone taking the garbage out of your room and bringing you towels. This place i would think that it looks more like a cheap motel. The only good thing about this place is the landscape that is well maintained

You get what you pay for. The beds were very uncomfortable. We called for more towels and blankets and they were never brought to us. If you want your room cleaned you need to schedule it 24 hours in advance. Tub jets were so loud we never used them. We had to go out and buy our own toilet paper and trash bags. The volleyball court and pool closest to us were not able to be used.

I ask the hotel front desk for a late check out and the they rejected.I check in late around 11:45pm. I want be returning back the pillows was flat the sheets was worn out.I didn't sleep good at all.
