Service

Pros: The units were very nice.
Cons: Service.
Location: It is close enough to all of the activities. We enjoyed Old Town.
We were to meet our nephew and family for a few days there. We made our reservations well in advance. I sent an email and requested that we have a unit close to them to avoid as much back and forth as we are in our late seventies. I did not as much as receive an answer to my email. We arrived at the property 3 hours early and again requested the unit arrangement. They told us the best they could do was on the same street. We had to sit and wait for over three hours. Our rooms were still not ready at four and we had to exert a little conversation to get our room. I was extremely disappointed that there was no decaffeinated coffee on the premise and after two phone calls no effort was made to provide it. I am sure that there are a lot of older people who cannot drink real coffee.There was also none to be found in the little store on premise. The patio door was off the track and we could not get it back on track. Every door upstairs squeaked very loudly so getting up in the night to use the bathroom woke up everyone. I will say, however, that it was a really nice place to stay regardless of the inconveniences of the service. I just think that the service could have been more accommodating.

Beautiful Townhouse close to parks

Beautiful hotel, staff not accommodating

We drove 17 hours and got there ahead of schedule, so we called to make sure we could check in. We were told it was fine and when we got there we were dismissed with a smile and left to wait another 8 hours in the car until check in. When we went to the front desk for fresh pool towels we were ignored for 15 minutes then told you have towels in the room. The property was beautiful and is family friendly, close to all the parks and there’s plenty of food options but the staff is rude and unhelpful. Anything we needed that you would ask the front desk for we bought so we didn’t have to deal with the rude staff.

Horrible service,run down,not well located either

Started out by being charged in full at check in which is not costumary (I'm guessing to make sure people can't leave ) . Door to terrace was broken , and terrace was filthy and it took them 1 week with dayly reminders to fix it , but no cleaning at all. Nobody cared regardless of our complaints.

Very nice townhouse

Gated community, private hot tub with a fully screened patio, 2nd floor balcony over looking the lake, walking distance to attractions/shops. Modern furniture/decor with flat screen TVs.

Disappointed.

Pros: large space, decent location, fair price Cons: provided with room without WiFi, bad coffee, small tv’s, cheap toilet paper and toilet paper holders, poor VIP Access perks, no upgrade, squeaky bedroom doors Just expected more based on pictures and reviews. Won’t stay here again.

Much more than expected

This Resort is one of the best I have been to in Orlando. Its a private townhouse condo, brand new, granite top full kitchen, private terrace with hot tub, I mean...just stay there. 100% recommended.

Not as good as last visit

Arrived on the 12th Sept (meant to be 9th but had flight cancelled due to Hurricane Irma meaning my vacation was 11 days instead of 14 which I had made Regal Oaks aware of by email). Found the check in process very slow and not as friendly as my previous visit in May. I'm putting this down to the stress of what the guys must have been going through personally with the Hurricane leaving a lot without electricity. When I was given an apartment, I was surprised to open the door and it look like somebody was still in there. I had to then go back and get a new apartment. Thankfully 2661 Triumph was ready to go. All nice and clean with fixtures etc all in good condition. Grounds are very well maintained and you are perfectly positioned for all the amenities of the 192. My only criticism would be that my apartment wasn't cleaned in the time I was there even though I was charged the resort fee that I thought included this service. I should maybe have contacted reception but kept thinking "it'll be done tomorrow". Would I still return to Regal Oaks? Yes would be the simple answer as the positives far outweigh the negatives of this lovely resort.

END OF SUMMER17 TRIP

Cons: REMIND CLEANING STAFF TO CHECK UNDERNEATH THE BEDS WHEN CLEANING...
APARTMENT 2631 WAS GREAT! APARTMENT WAS COMFORTABLE; NICELY DECORATED. JACUZZI WAS A PLUS. PARKING AVAILABLE DIRECTLY OUTSIDE OF APARTMENT DOOR. QUIET AREA. LOCATION IS CONVENIENT FOR THINGS TO DO IN KISSISSIMEE & NEAR EXPRESSWAYS IF GOING TO ORLANDO. I LUV THE STREET NAMES USED BY THE RESORT.

Nice place close to Disney Parks...

Pros: Hot tub, pool, restaurant.
Cons: Prices in the restaurant were ridiculously high but I guess if you do not drive or have young kids you have little choice.
We enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks far better than a hotel room we saw a few that friends were staying in. Nice hot tub and there is a communal swimming pool with slides a bar and a restaurant. Restaurant on site and shop on site are crazy expensive!! There is a Walmart 5 miles away and there is a restaurant called Logan's up the road a steak house well worth a visit.
