next door to old town can walk to it

it was ok but kin of chilly out when sun went down but it didn't help getting woke up at 7 or so in the morning Monday from a fire alarm that went off for over 15 minutes

Needs updating

Pros: The little store in the lobby, quick lyft service.
Cons: Rooms very outdated. I think they worked the best with what they had to deal with but could use some spiffing up.
Location: Very close to Old Town.
My daughter and I got to the hotel very late from our flight. Our room was in a back building, way at the end of the 2nd floor. A bit odd walking out there at 2AM. Staff, though, were nothing but friendly and nice.

Walking distance to Old Town

Very disappointed. The family suite was not as pictured on the site and the rooms are outdated. The bathroom door was broken so it would not close properly. The A.C. unit took approximately 15 mins to kick on. The small refrigerator did not keep our drinks cold even when changing the cool setting. And there was hardly any room to visit let alone walk so we only stayed in our room long enough to shower and sleep. They should really consider lowering their rates for the older family suites especially when we could have stayed in a larger, nicer suite for the same price elsewhere. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Quick stay

I stay here every time I go to Disney and as Annual pass holders we go a lot. This time it stood out because my son left his Fingerling Toy ... which was the hot toy this year ... in the room . He didn’t mention anything to us until we were 2 hours away! I called and María was very helpful, found it and called me right away to let me know. I have left things in other hotels and never got them back . I appreciate their help and attention . My sister in law picked it up for me without any issues . Thank you !

Cons: Free coffee in the mornings is a must.
Location: Close to everything.
I had the family suite. It was old and run down looking. The room's odor smacked me in the face each time I walked in the room. But I will say that my son said the bed gave him the best night's sleep he's had in a while. My child enjoyed the pool too, but I would not book the family suite ever again. The room is too tight and old.

The power went out on our last day at the resort, the beds were hard, but it was cheap and easy to get to and from Disney World.

First room had evidence of bed bugs and the second room was not clean. The bag for the ice bucket had been reused and was still wet inside.

First and last...Very poor quality hotel. The hotel is terrible! Old, not well maintained and very very dirty.

It was a place to sleep

Tub with whirlpool jet had mold around them. Floor had numerous stains. Bad smell to the room.
