Out dated, floor dirty, tv & remote did not function properly, shower and jacuzzi had hair just wasn’t properly cleaned , & the bed squeaked , I was just not satisfied for the price.

This place has a lot of potential, but poor cleaning and outdated appliances. I hair spots on my sheets, shower had mold, floor was dirty and not mopped. It actually put a damper on my trip, I can say the manager came and seen my complaints and sent someone to clean it properly. After that I was able to enjoy my vacation.

The check in processing was good. Lots of staff around. They have elevators. Im on the third floor sooo yeah. I love it here. The food is priced economy. Great place. I will be back!!!

The bed has to be the worst. I have never in my life slept so uncomfortably. Me and my husbands back were so sore and achy. The tub is the only saving grace. It helped with our backs…but we won’t be back.

Everything was great, close to Disney, a lot of shopping and amazing food trucks. The only thing I did not like was they charge you for towels. I have kids abd there was a pool. But extra towels were 7.00 that shoyld be mention for booking.

Service at checkin. The girl, who has been there for awhile is computerized, no eye contact, nasty, non communicative, could be a robot and get more servoce.

When i checked in my room door was wide open. Which allowed nature to make its way in. Cleaning lady needs to learn to move some small furniture when vacuuming.

The room itself was very nice, as the main reason for booking it was the big bathtub. Parking spaces get taken very quickly, but there is still plenty of other spaces a little further away. For some reason however, my room door was opened by someone else other than me on three separate occasions, and there were people constantly trying to open my door when I was in the room, even through the night. It was a scary experience. The walls are also thin, and I could hear the next door people very clearly.

We liked the fun stuff to do around the pool. But our room had a wicked smell like mold or the door hadn't been open for a year , we were moved but the second room.had the same smell but not as bad .and had a jetted tub but couldn't get enough hot water for us to use it tried a few times. Probably will not return

This is a two star resort at best, the room that was provided was not cleaned, the phone didn’t work. They don’t even offer basic toiletries. Everything in there is outdated.

After reading reviews I was a bit worried ab the cleanliness, however it was actually really clean. I had no problem with my room except for the jacuzzi not working .. but other than that GREAT stay glad I didn’t listen to the reviews

They were rude and unprofessional My toilet was stopped up, the front desk people were rude , the lady who collected the bingo money was really rude , And we kept asking the Housekeeper to switch the towels and we needed tissue it took us 5 times for us to call before they brought any

The suites are large, ours was clean, had all the necessary towels, blankets, etc. My massage by Jerry was superb! There was a nice choice of meals to be purchased at the market/deli.

The property itself is beautiful. However, that didn’t carry into our room. Although it seemed like some updates were done it looked dated and smelled musty. Our kitchen didn’t have necessary equipment ( can opener, grill tongs, skillet) did call and they were brought to us. Super noisy every morning @8am, weed-eater started. Would’ve been nice to use our patio but the pump behind us that ran non-stop for water features in front of facility were loud and didn’t make for relaxing environment. Would HIGHLY recommend this facility invest in chair pads. The unit above us sounded like they were rearranging the furniture in their entire unit everyday.. especially early in am:(
