Previously stayed at hotel when it was under different management and pictures shown are from previous owner. Hotel is not the same, not as clean ('stains' on bed) and missing a lot of amenities nor was it the room that was shown in the images online. Also, checking out, we had to wait for staff to open office well after 9 and was late making it to an appointment.

Great hotel ! At first sight I was like oh no what did I book, however once I got in the lobby and checked in the staff was very nice, the rooms were really nice and comfortable, they were very clean. It was a quiet location near a lot of things to do. Universal was close by. This hotel worked like a charm for me and I would definitely stay again.

If you are trying to remeber the 60’s look no further than this hotel. You kind of get the impression it is updated as the front desk staff hands you the room key (by key I mean an actual key, like the one for your house). Once you get to the room the smell of humidity is overwhelming you loom around and not only the room is ugly it is also incredibly outdated, the bathroom needs seriuos renovations. Don’t be decived by the nice pictures in the web site as they were taken back when this hotel was new. If after all I’ve said you decide to book it, take conditioner they only offer shampoo.

Horrible dive

Keys don't work. Pool half full and green water. Finally got in room and it looked like someone just left and it smelled bad to.

Don't do it!!

This "suite" was basically 2 rooms turned into one. Which would normally be a nice ordeal with a living room side and sleeping side plus 2 bathrooms. But this place was so dirty and in such bad shape, nothing was nice about it. No refrigerator either. Our feet were literally black after walking around for a couple hours. I was by myself with my kids and on the third floor or I would have asked for a different room (they couldn't refund unless I called expedia and talked to them and then they call the hotel) so we decided to just go to sleep and leave first thing in the morning. I told the front desk lady and all she could offer is "You should have told me" But I wasn't going back to that office with my two kids in tow no matter what. Upon check in there were 5 random (sketchy...seriously) people hanging out at the stairs in front of the office smoking and hanging out. I slept with my gun on the nightstand bc of how unsafe I felt. Honestly, this is the worst hotel I've seen or been in.
