The+room+had+some+staining+around+the+baseboards.+The+lobby+is+nice+but+the+exterior+of+the+hotel+looks+a+little+beat+up.+The+mattress+was+old+and+very+stiff.

Nice place to stay for a short vacay

Planned a short family vacation to visit Orlando parks, and the hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable to stay in after long walks in Magic kingdom, Seaworld and Aquatica, my fam. was very pleased, definitely coming back!

Dirty place!!!

My family & I stayed here & was very disappointed!! Rooms are dirty, hair on bathroom floor & towels (not ours). House keeping doesn't vacuum or change the sheets everyday. Only clean thing at this hotel was the pool. Never again, I should've listened to the other reviews about this place!! Gross!!!!!

Don't do it. Stay near the airport.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Get a real maintenance team.
Location: Ugh.
I made a mistake & chose this as a upgrade to my usual. Should have stayed near the airport. The families were awful. The building just needed a good super to fix everything. Just worn-down. Breakfast line. Just depressing, don't do it.

Proximity to Disney is very good.

Hotel lobby not so inviting. Elevators need facelift. Continental breakfast not appealing. Room condition so-so. Room carpet outdated. But i did pay a very inexpensive deal so that was what it's cost. To be fair, staff is very nice. Overall, i got what i paid for. I saved money and spent it all on Disney! which is what it should be about.

One of the worst

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Aside from the lobby, everything else is poorly maintained and the room is dirty. The elevator is disgusting. From the images, the hotel looks great. There is dust all over the surfaces especially by the sink. The mirror has stains on it, probably from tooth paste splatters of the previous tenant. The TV has about 8 channels which is probably less than the average home had in the 80s. The pillows were flat. The staff is ridiculous. There was garbage on the ground outside our room for 2 days before they cleaned it up. We also put a do not disturb sign at our door but a cleaner entered our room anyway while we were there. That was not okay. We booked our stay a few weeks prior and when we first entered, they couldn't find our booking confirmation and had me call expedia. When they did find it, they told me no rooms were available at the time and to check back later. They force u to pay a silly resort fee. The pool in the evenings is usually filled with loud teenagers and so are the stairwells. There's also a desk in the front that offers information about attractions and a shuttle. I went to speak to a man late one night and he was extremely rude, unhelpful, and did not know what he was talking about. He basically told me to come back in the morning to ask. They are close to some Disney parks but about 30 minutes from universal and 45 minutes away from the airport.

Good for a few nights

Check in very efficient, nice relaxing lobby and nice bonus of the buffet breakfast. Room clean and tidy, though should have used both beds as we kept rolling into one another. Did know when the air conditioning was about to cut in as it sounded like a boat horn on start up. Realistically only suitable for relaxing on the bed, so OK for a couple of nights at most.

Run down, but what can you expect for $60/night. Close to Disney so that was a huge bonus.
