Family Vacay

Although I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews. We had a great experience. The home was very clean, decorated very nicely and close enough to Disney and Legoland. The private pool was awesome and the gated neighborhood was nice. After waiting in line most of the day at the parks it was great to be able to relax in our own private space. We didn't have any issues and look forward to using them again!

Appliances were cheap and the carpets were not vacuumed besides that it was great.

It was a great place to stay. In the future, we will search for a similar place in the future, preferring it over a hotel room. Our family is growing and a home is growing in number.

Four bedroom vacation home

Pros: Nothing in particular we felt we could have done much better.
Cons: Needed updating perhaps a small welcome gift instead of a package obtained through a lock box requesting another 45 dollar cash deposit!
Location: Close to Disney however very limited access to restaurants.
The house was a little tired and outdated. Very limited kitchen equipment e.g. One large plastic salad bowl cutlery from the dollar store etc. our particular house did not have a barbecue and when we inquired we were told it depends on the house you get however we could rent one?? The outside furniture was not very functional e.g. You had no table to eat outside, one of the two lounge chairs provided was broken. The house was suppose to accommodate up to eight people but there was only six chairs outside. When we went to watch a movie with a dvd we brought we realized the remote had no batteries! In addition we had to run out and buy toilet paper for the bathrooms upon arrival. We also had an influx of small ants in the master bath . We just felt everything was cheap and not very inviting. Would not recommend staying here.

Huge Disappointment,Nevvvvvvver Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Please see my previous comments. Everything could be improved.
Where do I begin?? Constant dogs barking at neighbours all day long. None of the 3 TV's worked. Locks were not secure.Light bulbs on the front of the house were all burnt out. The whole house and pool needed a face lift. Bedding was ripped. Only one element on the stove worked. All of the games in the game room were broken. The place was dirty. I could go on,but I have said enough. Never again with Homes 4UU.

All of our homes are pre-inspected prior to arrival and our note-log in each home asks guests to notify us in the event of any items in the home that need corrected. Nice home in a great area. When we got to the home, dishes and utensils were dirty. Bed covers had a smell to them!! Had to wash all sheets and covers to take smell out!!!! On a good note, washer and dryer were available. Neighborhood nice and calm. I was also unaware that we had to purchase insurance for our stay at this home. Agency called during our stay to ask for deposit for insurance or else we would be locked out if insurance was not paid. Other than the smelly sheets and covers, home was nice and well taken care of.
