I stayed at 3 bedroom villas very big space 2 side by side rooms. Inside housekeeping didn’t clean up well and the bed was broken and headboards scraped up stains looks very old interior. The water park is very clean and nice and great for kids under 12 onsite good amenities very clean around property no issues at all will book again but request better rooms with more comfortable and suitable furniture house keeping lacks a lot with cleanliness you will need to do your own cleaning with no house keeping or room service so you have to keep going to front desk for needs.

We had a nice stay but there was cigarette smoking either to the right, left or bottom of us. Not sure if it was aome of the workers assigned to clean 1341E or not but there was a strong cigarette odor. Overall it was a nice atay for us except for violation by someone smoking near us.

We loved the waterpark area, also there was alot to do for the kids on tne property. I Love that its so convenient to restaurants, and shops all up and down the same street as the hotel.

We just did a weekend here but I wish we could’ve stayed longer everything was 10/10 I have no complaints. Rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need! Everything is close by in terms of shopping and McDonald’s lol my kids loved the water park! We will definitely be back again :)

The bitter old lady at the paddle boat stand messed up my whole trip with my children. They need to hire people with good personalities or attitudes. People bring their families here to have fun and enjoy the Florida Sun

The apartment i was look like old,and the furniture need to change diningroom table was very ugly and scary.the only thing the service was ok.specially at the water park they have people there all the time to watch the kids.

Everything was clean. Nice fresh towels every time however 3 front desk people were rude and nasty to my mother and I at separate times. My mom wouldn’t do the tour for the other timeshares they wanted her to do and offered gifts and she kept saying no and the lady told my mom “you should have stayed home if you didn’t want to do anything” very rudely. Uncalled for. Then when I checked in they didn’t give me our wristbands and I completely forgot (I had both my toddlers with me) and didn’t notice until I got to the condo and they gave me a problem for that as well, saying I must have misplaced them because they would never forget that. I told them they were free to check THEIR cameras and see that Shane did in fact forget. Other than that everyone was super nice and friendly. Everything was super clean but our condo is a bit outdated. Still would go back. Just to the “suites” instead of the condo because they are up to date. My mother had a suite. Much nicer

Everyone was so welcoming. Had an issue with the food but they fixed it right away and also treated us with free drinks for an over hour wait on food. It was a minor mistake but they fixed right away! Love the nice staff!

Absolutely do not hesitate to book this place. They were AMAZING. Accommodating and the most communication anyone could ask for. We took 3 toddlers and they have amazing lifeguards at all the pools, staff from start to finish all amazing. 5 stars all the way. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at

the units are a bit outdated buttt they are spacious and clean . There is also plenty to do on the property from paddle boating to basketball and of course the water park ! i really loved there is a big swimming area for my older kids as well as a baby pool for my 1 year old

Honest review: For the money, it was good! Pros: Staff was super nice! Food at shipwreck sally's is good. Alyssa that works there was wonderful and very helpful. The little water park is a great time for kids all the way up to 10 year olds or so I would say. Any older than that, I think they would be bored. We loved how the pool was walk in and shallower for our toddler to play! Check in was easy. Great location. Kitchen is nice in condos Cons: Rooms are a bit outdated and not super clean. Floors left our feet dirty if we didn't wear shoes. Furniture and beds are not comfortable. The wicker furniture in the living room is like patio furniture and the couch looked and felt like it was from the 80s. Pull out couch is almost impossible to sleep on. We would stay again but definitely not count the pull out as a sleeping option.

Love Liki Tiki and all that they provide. The only one negative is that they need to change the mattress for this pull out. My group reserved 5 different rooms. All 5 had the same complaint. We ended up buying an air mattress just so the kids wouldn’t feel the metal under that mattress. Hopefully the owner sees this. It’s time for upgrades! But outside of that everyone was super friendly. More then enough things to do and not far from shopping strip.

This has great potential but when you look closely the room was very dirty. The staff who checked me in and the lobby are were really nice. The room when you look close everything is very old and noted to be dirty. Other people were up super late or super early and very loud walls are too thin

First impression walking into our room the screen door on 210d was torn completely off door. It could’ve been replaced before giving us the key for the room. They did replace it just after we were there. The room was dated. I realize it is the first phase of the resort and has been updated over time but the unit had stained carpets, drill marks in the walls where the headboards were. One morning we lost complete power in the entire property. Out by ship wreck Sally’s there was a guest who was being very aggressive towards other guests. Twice he was in a women’s face and saying she stole his chairs. Neither of the couples stole his chairs. People got up and another sat down. He should not be served alcohol if he’s going to be rude to people especially at a kiddie pool area. No one seems to do anything about it. Don’t you have security for this type of issue? Pool Towels were not in bins when pools opened. I was told the will refill in a timely fashion. They didn’t need to be re filled, they just needed to be there. I always have my own towels but this year decided not to since they usually are supplied at the pool. Of course it was an issue this time around. My grandson had goggles stolen by two little girls who denied it. Where are the parents? Shouldn’t they be supervised? That’s ok what comes around goes around. Shame that happened. Other guests in the parking lot sitting leaning on our car rental. Really? I would never allow my grandchild to sit on someone else’s car.

Terrible costumer service. They have an option to comunícate with them via text message…….Terrible, after 4 attempts and wait 5 hours I get a response. The supervisor came in person to verify a very bad smoke odor at 11:30PM and offered at that time a new room really??? Having two little kids movinig at that time, definitely unacceptable I was waiting 5 hours, it could be resolve in minutes. Room was not properly clean either. Water park excelente, friendly staff on this promise

We enjoyed our stay!! Check in was a piece of cake :) our condo was ready as soon as we got there. It was beautiful, very clean! Along with a balcony which was the cherry on top! The kids enjoyed the water park there was also 2 other pool's on site. The location was very close to shopping area and food. Will highly recommend!! Will definitely be staying here again!!!
