Terrible costumer service. They have an option to comunícate with them via text message…….Terrible, after 4 attempts and wait 5 hours I get a response. The supervisor came in person to verify a very bad smoke odor at 11:30PM and offered at that time a new room really??? Having two little kids movinig at that time, definitely unacceptable I was waiting 5 hours, it could be resolve in minutes. Room was not properly clean either. Water park excelente, friendly staff on this promise
