Nice resort

Not happy with room cleaning service. Did not restock coffee every day. Had to ask for towels and tp a couple times also!

Very nice hotel with 3 pools, gym & on golf course

Pros: This is a clean, spacious, modern and upscale hotel that is well suited to families as well as professionals.
Cons: No issues
Location: Close to Disney
Great hotel in a nice location. Our room had a great view of the golf course. We used all 3 of the pools and gym. Staff were courteous and helpful in planning our days in the Disney and Universal theme parks. Located very close to exit 58 on the I4 and close to a large grocery store as well as several restaurants. Also try the coffee shop called Peet's, which has excellent coffee.

Great stay!

Every staff member were so wonderful! Rashaun great bartender, Angela in front desk very nice helped me with a room key problem, Trevis hostess and server where awesome the omelette chef very nice! Overall everybody was so nice. My husband and I really enjoy it!

A room with a view

Cons: Put hotel grounds map IN the room.
Beautiful, convenient and plenty of amenities. A little over priced, I'd say. They didn't have a hotel map in the room to show you where everything was on their grounds. NO complimentary coffee in the lobby. And for the $$ you'd think they'd have a coffee bar with fruit, somewhere...

You must not have receive our resort guide and map at check in. We are so sorry! We serve fruit infused water in the lobby and we have Kuerig coffee machines in the guest rooms with 4 complimentary k-cups delivered to your guest room each day. We hope you enjoyed your stay.

Excellent hotel with good restaurants

Had a great time as usual. Stayed for the 4th of July weekend and enjoyed DJ Joe Magic by the pool. Kept the adults as well as the kids entertained with great music and fun games!

Mid-level experience

Cons: Check-in.
Check-in was a nightmare. Line was very long and slow. It took almost 45 minutes. There was no bell man to be found so I carried my own luggage. The room was nice. Bed is hard but it was clean. Amenities were ok. Took a long time to get warm water in the shower. Ordered room service and the food was good but expensive. Pool and grounds were nice and self-parking was easy. Has some nice shops and convention center facilities were nice.

Excellent stay. Very busy staff due to Over 600 people just for the convention that I attended. Yes there we long lines checking in and out, this is expected due to the number of guest. Excellence security staffing. Rooms were cleaned very well.

Nice hotel

I won't complian too much but only one thing, there's no vending machine! So there's one night, the cleaning stuff FORGOT to put water in my room and I was really thursty. No vending, so I called room services, and they tried to charge four dollars for delivary!
