Pros: Lazy river, wave pool, lots of lounge chairs, restaurant, upscale feel even though lots of families there.
Location: We never left the hotel but Disney is nearby, Sea World and Universal if interested
After five days at Disney for a girls 50th birthday celebration this was a wonderful change of pace. Relaxing, friendly and felt more upscale.

Don’t book with exlpedia

I booked through Expedia and I wish that I wouldn’t have for the third time this week! I received a handicapped room that didn’t even have a regular bed sheet on it the towels in the room or soaking wet and I was facing an air conditioning unit

Great pool areas

Perfect Place for a Long Getaway Weekend

Cons: The only negative thing I can say is that the traffic into Orlando is almost always awful.
My wife and I had an incredible time just relaxing by the pools and floating down the Lazy River. I am not a sushi guy, but we had sushi at Zens one evening and it was tremendous and the waitress was wonderful. The entire staff at this very busy hotel were friendly and helpful. They have great food options from a coffee muffin and scones place to a deli to three nice restaurants for lunch or dinner. One of the great things is they don't gouge price-wise in the restaurants, they are all reasonably priced. For example the coffee and muffin place was basically the same price as a comparable place outside of the hotel. Same with the deli. You can basically stay a couple of days and not have to leave the place for food or activities. The decor of the room we stayed in was a bit dated, but the bathroom was large and nice. Bottom line was we had a great time and would highly recommend the Omni Orlando at Champions Gate.

Great pools and great food.

Room could be cleaner. Hotel needs updating. However, the food and the pools make the hotel enjoyable.

Staying during hurricane Irma

First of all, I would like to congratulate the hotel for the wonderful staff, especially Matt, Tiffany and another young man at the front desk whose name unfortunately I don't remember. They went above and beyond to try and accommodate and provided outstanding customer service. However, I didn't give higher rate to this hotel due to the following: I was charged resort fees which doesn't make sense because if there are special weather conditions and most of the clients are evacuating from a hurricane, and the weather is not the best to use any of the resort facilities, well it's self explanatory to me.My room was cleaned only once during my whole stay (4 nights), and that only time that the room was serviced I had to call and request. So the cleanliness of the room may have been ok for a motel, but not for a facility like this one. Again, there was a special weather condition and they may have been short staffed because of it which could explain the neglect in room service.The cherry on the top was the rude, unprofessional attitude of the valet, Justin. He refused to shake my hand: I was saying hello and extended my hand to ask him something, and he put his arms behind his back and shook his head "No"! All with a dry and arrogant attitude. First time seeing this in a hotel staff, and I travel 3-4 times per year. I was taken aback, it made me feel ashamed, humiliated and also baffled, because the day before Justin was pleasant and all smiles extending his hand to get my tip.

Pros: The hotel looks nice, but need more attention.
Cons: Clean the rooms better and do a pets control.
Location: good
The room was small, also was a good side spider inside the room, the toilet had stains, the pool was good, the restaurant was very good, and at the restaurant was a server the name Girlesa she was excellent and made our stay pleasant, the hotel it's rated 4.5 starts and should be good.

Fancy hotel

I was happy to get a room during hurricane . Hotel was nicer than I thought. The food was excellent and the staff was helpful.
