perfect hotel

Beautiful hotel when you first drive in. Security was friendly and informative on how to check in. Staff where also friendly and informative on how to get to my hotel. What services that the hotel provides for you, like for example shuttles to all the theme parks near them and the time for drop off and pick ups where. Had a deli area where you can buy all sorts of food and had a steakhouse in the place. I was shock they even have a bar there and the bartender inform us about the happy hour specials. The room was really clean and quiet which I liked because we where next to the pool. If you don't like swimming there was a gym that was available to anyone. After staying here I already book another visit there for my honeymoon get away.

Ok Hotel room for price

Pros: Close to Disney parks and easy to get to location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby
Cons: Bed felt wet and room smelled a little musty not sure if it was after fumigation fumes. Carpet was removed so it was linoleum flooring.
Location: Disney is 5 minutes away, off 192 so close to everything.
Room was clean smelled a little musty but was comfortable. Bed felt wet likely like of humidity control.

The Humidity in the room is controlled by the AC unit, if thermostat is set too low, the temperature difference between inside and outside will cause moisture on the windows and also the walls and furniture inside the room. We set thermostats at 75 degrees, anything below 68 degrees will cause that problem. Turning the unit off will cause a bigger problem!

Nice just checkin was horrible

Had terrible time checking in took a while. Drove almost 15 hours and all I really wanted to do was check in and go to sleep it was 9 pm and the line formcheck in was 10 people deep with only a gentleman at the front. Seriously could have have passed out standing in that line. However once we did get to the front he was nice for the info we wanted went to Our room and it was clean and we passed out. Beds were comfy room was nice clean entire hotel was family friendly.

Nice and close to Disney

Pros: Restaurant and pizza available on site
Location: There are plenty of place to eat and shop and within minutes to Disney World
The staff was very accommodating. I had 2 rooms and needed to extend days before and after. The made that happen.

Great hotel

Great hotel with a nice deli for quick meals. Suite was spacious and nice. Pull-out bed had too thin of a mattress.

Close to Disney but don't count on the Shuttle

The hotel location is okay. It is 10 minutes away from disney by uber and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. I didn't rent a car as they advertised a shuttle service - turns out it only runs twice a day, once in the early afternoon and once around 11pm so I had to uber/taxi everywhere so ended up spending more than I planned. Room wise, there was a strong smell of damp. The aircon unit is very noisy so bring earplugs. The shower was broken and the staff did not fix it. I do note the room is very clean but I will not stay here again.

I am sorry that you were disappointed however I wanted to clarify the shuttle schedule. There are 2 departures to Epcot, one at 9:20 AM and one at 10AM. From Epcot, you can take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom or busses to any of the other parks on Disney property. There is another shuttle that goes directly to the Magic Kingdom at 12:05 PM. As not as many of our guest ride the shuttles to Universal or SeaWorld, we do have limited service to those parks with only one shuttle per day. I do apologize that this schedule did not work for you, financially, it is the best we can do with the room rates we charge. I am disappointed that our engineering team did not fix the shower problem, they are normally very good with responding to guest calls. Again, please accept my apologies.

O.K. Hotel if you are not staying in your room.

Pros: It was not that great but o.k.
Cons: Cleaner rooms and better pillows better blow dryer.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and close to Disney resorts.
Our toilet overflowed they brought us a plunger. Our room always felt wet and sticky. While I took a shower the toilet overflowed again on to the floor. I used all the towels to clean up the water. We asked that while we were there a week that the bathroom be cleaned it was never cleaned. They only allow you two extra pillows and their pillows are micro size. There was no microwave and the refrigerator leaked. Tiny coffee pot and the cord on the hair dryer was not long enough to reach the other side of my head. Other than that it was good. Monday thru Thursday they do offer free cocktails for one hour.

Worst hotel anyone could stay

My worst experience in this hotel. Such a long story but honestly im not exaggerating. I stayed in room 1715 then 1720 finally in 1511. That should tell u everything. If u have traveled n stayed at a good hotel there is no way u should have changed room. The hotel needs a complete makeover.

Location to Disney World and Wide World of Sports

Pros: Location to Disney.
Location: Disney, food and other attractions are all easy to get to from this property.
This is a great location to Disney World properties. The room with two queen beds was clean, roomy and well maintained. We use this property several times a year because of the location and ease of getting to the areas we like to visit.
