Nice hotel close to Disney World

Pros: The shower was fabulous! The beds were comfortable, And the remote control worked. What more could you ask for?
Cons: I really can't think of anything.
Location: We were there to go to Disney World and the hotel was 10 minutes from all the parks, plus plenty of eating places. and shopping.
We had a great time with no worries about our hotel room. We upgraded to a suite when we got there with no problems.

Nice staff, but horrible rooms

Rooms need an update, we had ants crawling around. Location is good if your visiting the parks

Suite

I stayed in the suite with a kitchenette I feel like they need to update their outlets I had two appliances that I was using to cook for my family this cause the breaker to flip i called maintenance and they came out right away and got power back on and I love that quick response....Overall I had a great stay I would go there in stay again

Terrible/Horrible hotel stinks like humidity rooms don't get cleaned unless requested per manager.

Close to attractions.

Everything you could need is near by! Room was nice and clean. Tub was big! Playground was perfect for my toddler!

Affordable Price

Pros: The price and service.
Cons: Clean the surroundings more. It tends to look dirty because of the fallen leaves and dirt from the hotle grounds.
Location: Location very convenient. Amusement parks are only 10 - 20 minutes away depending on which one you want to go. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The place is nice, clean and the location is good. There are only 2 negative things we saw, First, since the palce was surrounded by a lot of trees, the buildings looks dirty because of the fallen leaves and dirt. Second, there were occupants (looks like teenagers) were being rowdy really late in the night (past midnight). My kids got a little scared. But overall, our experience was good.

great place for sleeping

Pros: Clean, easy in and out of your room, no weird smells and nice linens.
Location: close to parks, esp. Animal Kingdom
If you use your room mostly for sleeping and getting ready this place hit the mark. We were busy going to parks so we didn't use the pools.

Always stay here but this time was really bad. It took 2 hours to get checked in

The hotel was run down and in poor condition. All of the AC units were leaking leaving pools of water in front of each door of each hotel room. Bugs were attracted to the stagnate water and collected outside of each of the rooms. The bed in the room was tossed, there were stains on the couch and throughout the room, there was mildew on the tv stand, mold in the curtains and bugs (spider, cockroach and mosquito) in the room. As soon as we brought all of our stuff up to the room and started to notice the condition of the room we immediately checked out of the hotel and stayed at a different hotel.
