Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby, and, of course, easy access to Disney sites
Just in to meet up with relatives from out of state. All were impressed with rooms.

Nice Hotel/ Good Price

We were in Orlando for 1 day and we just wanted a clean place to relax after a busy day. We were pleasantly surprised with the size and amenities in our room. First of all the cleanliness was very good. On top of that we didn't realize we were getting a hot tub with a waterfall faucet. Indulged. There was a separate room with a shower. The room also had a mini kitchen with a small bistro type table for eating. In addition, we had a nice outside balcony that overlooked the pool and cascading water. We got a last minute AARP rate which was more than reasonable. My husband said I did a great job in picking our hotel.

very misleading check in process-3 desks

Pros: The room was roomy and beds were comfortable (only didn't like the fact that the tub was open to the rest of the room
Cons: bathroom privacy
Location: not too far from Disney but a little difficult to access
We were checking in after a very long day at Epcot and tried to check in. It took longer than what I have normally experienced, but then was sent to another desk for what I later learned was a sales pitch to take a tour of their vacation property. It was very misleading and shady. They said we got free breakfast and we just needed to give them $20 which would be refunded in the morning. I blindly signed an agreement to take a tour (remember I am very tired and ready to go to my room!). The next morning when I looked at the stapled paperwork (by design I'm sure), I realized what the free breakfast was all about and, even though they clearly intended to return the $20, I was sent to at least 4-5 different people and finally had to wait for an hour for gift shop to open. Also, I had to go to 3 different desks to check out--always being told I needed to go somewhere else. It was just an unpleasant experience.

Great location and value

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary cookies were a nice touch and welcomed treat. The room was very large and well layed out. I wish the Disney rooms I had chosen in the past had been layed out as well. Nice mini kitchen with full size coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Toilet area with sliding door making it easy to get in and out. The room had both a shower and bathtub. A very nice room and value as well as free transportation to the theme parks.

Great accommodations

Great value for the price! Lots of amenities and great location. Rooms just as pictured. Excellent service by staff. Only downside was a few power outlets not working but there were tons of others to choose from.

Wonderful hotel close to everything, pet friendly

Pros: Staff went out of their way and were super accommodating and friendly.
Cons: The "partial cleaning" every 4 days. However, they offer plenty of supplies.
Location: Disney, every restaurant you can think of.
We were fortunate enough to get a room here for 2 nights after evacuating Hurricane Irma from Key West. We did not know where we were going to go after, as this hotel was sold out, and all hotels were booked and we also have a cat. the 2nd morning there were still no rooms available, but the Manager said she would check for us. Next thing, we get a call from corporate office stating they would accommodate a room for us as long as we wanted, and at a fair rate also. We were so grateful! We ended up staying 10 nights, the hotel staff and everyone was super friendly and nice. Hotel never lost power or water, and the impact windows held. Had never stayed here before,but will do so again. Close to everything. The only critical thing is the "partial cleaning" every 4 days. We were there 10 nights, and our "partial cleaning" was to change the sheets and empty the trash. We kept the place clean with the supplies they provided, but would have nice to have the floor mopped and vacuumed, kitchen wiped down etc.
