Great value for the price! Lots of amenities and great location. Rooms just as pictured. Excellent service by staff. Only downside was a few power outlets not working but there were tons of others to choose from.

Wonderful hotel close to everything, pet friendly

Pros: Staff went out of their way and were super accommodating and friendly.
Cons: The "partial cleaning" every 4 days. However, they offer plenty of supplies.
Location: Disney, every restaurant you can think of.
We were fortunate enough to get a room here for 2 nights after evacuating Hurricane Irma from Key West. We did not know where we were going to go after, as this hotel was sold out, and all hotels were booked and we also have a cat. the 2nd morning there were still no rooms available, but the Manager said she would check for us. Next thing, we get a call from corporate office stating they would accommodate a room for us as long as we wanted, and at a fair rate also. We were so grateful! We ended up staying 10 nights, the hotel staff and everyone was super friendly and nice. Hotel never lost power or water, and the impact windows held. Had never stayed here before,but will do so again. Close to everything. The only critical thing is the "partial cleaning" every 4 days. We were there 10 nights, and our "partial cleaning" was to change the sheets and empty the trash. We kept the place clean with the supplies they provided, but would have nice to have the floor mopped and vacuumed, kitchen wiped down etc.

No noise control, rooms were not like advertised

Hurricane Evacuation

Pros: The villa with full kitchen
Cons: I think all rooms should have a lanai instead of a ledge. :-)
Due to Hurricane Irma, we decided to evacuate and ended at Westgate Towers. The check in and check out process was very simple and efficient. We were able to upgrade with little difficulty. Although, I thought the $170 pet fee was expensive, it was comforting knowing I could bring my pet with me. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel

I loved everything but the balcony. But everything else was perfect. Staff was friendly. Loved the game room.

Nice hotel if you don;t do the sales presentation

Cons: Don't coerce people to do the sales presentation and if they do don't bait and switch it.
Location: Near Disney!
I loved Westgate properties. We found a great deal on one by Disney since we were going to Disney Studios for our anniversary and we decided to do a couple nights in a hotel as well. Upon check in we were transferred to a second desk that signed us up for a 60 minute tour of the property with no obligation to buy. We agreed since we actually were thinking buying a timeshare in the fall after we moved. The room was pretty nice, a little dated and the door to the room kept sticking when trying to enter. But it was comfortable and nice with a great tub. Perfect for a couple's getaway. It even had two full baths. The gym in tn the newer community is fantastic! We really loved the property...but the sales presentation. Much longer than 60 minutes. Very noisy filled with tons of loud rude people on special promotion weekends. Not an environment for conducting business. Our rep was nice but struggled with speaking English and when we were negotiating back and forth with a manager we reached a deal and then on a separate document to "just initial" were over $800 worth of fees they never mentioned. After 3 and a half hours I was through and ripped the paper in half saying never mind. They still did not let us leave and sent someone else out to sell us a one week trial. After all that we had to wait for a shuttle for employees to go back to our building even though we were carted over by our rep to begin with. After referring people to Westgate properties for years I was disappointed
