Comfortable and convenient hotel.

Pros: Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Tea and coffee facilities in rooms would be useful.
Location: Convenient for most aspects of Granada
This hotel is very comfortable and convenient for a visit to Granada. The staff were very friendly, efficient and informative about anything asked of them. Local parking was not easy, but the hotel parking was a good option as driving in Granada could be difficult. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with most things that you would need. The centre is only a 10-15 minute walk away, although if visiting the Alhambra, a taxi is a good option and costs less than 9 euros. Overall a good hotel for a visit to the city.

Avoid rooms near elevator

We chose this hotel due to location and price. Our room was on the first floor near the elevator and there was a lot of hallway traffic noise. The door to our room and other rooms on the hallway need to be oiled because they creak loudly. The room itself was comfortable (the beds had a foam topper) but the bathroom needs to be cleaned and updated. We opted in to the breakfast buffet for 10 euros one day but preferred to have continental breakfast at a nearby coffee shop on the other mornings. If you come back to the hotel late at night you may have to knock loudly to get the attention of the night staff to let you in!

Refrigerator was not working. If you need to use te safety box , they will charge you a deposit. When you turn keys they will give you the money back. If you ask for a full or queen bed, they will be 2 twins together. Overall very good

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Underground car park. Close to La Sala and Mae West music venues. Easy access from motorway.

NOT A FOUR STAR AS CLAIMED- COMPLAINED TO EXPEDI

Pros: Inside is nice and good decor and especially comfy beds in good sized family room we took- must be remnants from old 4 stars!
Cons: staff and parking rate
Location: Bit far from Alhambra but 15 min walk to Center has got parking but expensive (additional cost of 18 euro/night).
no toiletries in room- when contacted reception advised 'will send"; but then got a call "we dont provide, use shampoo from the shower", but adding insult to injury was that next morning the cleaner's trolley had all toiletries (have pictured) which she was putting in all other rooms EXCEPT ours.....so dont understand this. Also room was not clean, it had dust on coffee bar (from where kettle/cups had been removed) but not bothered to clean (picture attached).- we requested the kettle for kids food- but bluntly refused once again.
