There is a list of issues but I’m just gonna talk about the most annoyances. The room was gross and smelled like they poured cleaning product straight on the floor and forgot to mix with water because it was super sticky and so strong. There was no hot water and the flood light beaming right in the window. The restaurant was a joke and I should’ve avoided it since there wasn’t anybody there on a weekend night. Me and my wife ordered a double vodka soda with a splash of cranberry and he charged us for two drinks each and a glass of cranberry and said don’t worry I didn’t charge you for soda. I seriously don’t understand how the restaurant has good reviews because my experience was not good. I could keep going but I don’t have all day to continue. I will not stay here again. Positive note I didn’t get eaten by bedbugs! The staff was nice but definitely not worth staying.

The staff was exemplary! 1 room smelled of urine, 1 smelled moldy. 1 of our rooms had used washcloths and hair in the shower. Toiletries supplied were different brands and some were only half full. Toilet tissue was almost gone and no extra supplied. Will not return!

Overall, our stay was good. A few things turned us off for a hotel that we paid over $100 a night for. The bathtub was pretty dirty, the sink was as well and had a massive crack. The guy who was checking us and was very nice. But there was a lady in the morning that asked My Mother to go back to her room as she was drinking coffee. She asked her to go back at 5:30 AM and breakfast starts at six. I found that pretty weird that my six-year-old mother was put in time out. Not only did she ask her to go up to her room, but she cut off the coffee so she could not get anymore. We did enjoy the restaurant, and the people were friendly. That was just an extremely weird thing to happen. When you pay for a hotel room, You would think you’re allowed to sit in silence and drink your coffee in the lobby.

It is under renovation!!!! Lights are hanging from wires, no vending machines, no seating for breakfast, bathroom door didn't close because of too much paint on them. Cords are stretched in the room. TV reception has a lot of static, bad picture, limited channels. WiFi is spotty and you have to call the front desk to get logged in. Phone didn't work in the room. Curtains don't close all the way, however the staff is very friendly. Libby is a complete mess. The breakfast is very limited.

Pool water was cold. And the next day there was construction inside. Which blocked the hallway to get to main area of hotel. Had to go outside in a blizzard to walk to front entrance. Also restaurant was under staffed and didn’t serve all the food off menu.

The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. The beds were very comfortable. My (adult) kids and I all slept very well. Our only real complaint was housekeeping banging on the door by 8:15 on a Saturday morning when check out wasn't until 11.

Nice place to stay.

My reservation didn't show up for hours. Owner tried to convince me to pay twice, bot Expedia and him since my original reservation took houra to show up on his slow computer. Wasted my Expedia credit also fue to that glitches. He was really nice but not happy about overpayment on that ok room. In a pinch its good, so there's that.

Terrible customer service. I booked a pool side room when i arrived to the property i got a standard room that was not pool side. Three front desk did not want to do anything about this issue. My room had mold on the ceiling and the property was not maintained well. Very disappointed

The pool looks clean and inviting. The room was not vacuumed well with food pieces under up next to the bed platform and an opened and used bottle of lotion left by the sink. There were no cups I then bathroom. There were several people just hanging around the front of the hotel for several hours on their cell phones. The sheets were clean.

You can tell that the building is older, but the family that owns it works very hard to keep it clean and running smoothly! They are wonderful. Maks American & Indian Bar & Grill has the most delicious Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan! We had to eat there twice during our stay. The location is close to Walmart which was very convenient while we were there. We would absolutely book here again.

Honestly not sure how to review this stay. It served its purpose but about the only really great things were the breakfast and the pool area. They are currently doing some painting on the second floor and had a whole section of hallway closed off. So getting to our room the first time after check in was a bit confusing, especially since we had a very hard time understanding the clerk who checked us in. The room itself always clean and functional. However we clearly booked a room for two adults and three children. The room we booked had two queen beds. Not a problem until we were told we could not bring in a cot or have a rollaway bed for the third child. And there was no other furniture option available in the room. Also, the bathroom. When we arrived, the toilet paper was almost out and there were no extras, so that was an extra trip around the maze of the hallways just to get extra to. Then when I tried to give the kids baths, the bath plug lever completely fell apart. I had to attempt to reassemble it just to try to use the bath. So yeah. We were able to sleep here, but it wasn’t the greatest ever.

The rooms are very old, cracked paint on walls, furniture sofa chair and ottoman stained and unsightly.
