"Otele giriş yaptığınız gibi sizleri güler yüzlü personeller karşılıyor. Oda ve banyo gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Yatağı rahattı yardıma ihtiyacınız olduğunda personel sıcak bir karşılamayla hemen size yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltı çeşidi fazla ve lezzetliydi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim. "

Smelly spa

"Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. I specifically chose the 'pay at the hotel' option, so that we could pay separately for each room. The hotel spa was cold, dirty and incredibly smelly, and the jacuzzi didn't work. The pool was fine, but you had to walk in your wet bathing suit through the lobby where all the staff were wearing their winter coats (it was freezing) to get to the saunas and the changing rooms. Just terrible! I was so disappointed. Also, there were not bathtubs in the rooms even though the description said as much. However, the room was spacious and relatively clean; the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection of foods. "

DISGUSTING AND FILTHY

"Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. When I saw our room I felt sick. The worst value for money room I have seen in 30 years of travel. The manager would not swap our room, nor negotiate the price, nor refund, despite trying to negotiate for an hour. We could not contact Hotels.com as their website was down and our phone went flat. By then, unfortunately we had to stay as we could not double up on our budget. Two of us spent an hour cleaning with detergent and paper towels we had to buy, before we put our bags in. We took towels to cover the couch and dog bed mattress. We had pre-paid for two nights, the most expensive room we've had in 60 days of being in Turkey, more even than Istanbul, because we thought we were getting a decnt apartment. Nothing. Not even a chair, a cupboard or a hook. No soap, toilet paper, hot water or decent bedding. Nor is there WiFi, TV, breakfast, or anything even the most basic cheap pansiyons have. I would not put a stray dog in that room. We felt totally ripped off. DO NOT STAY HERE."
