Ideal pied-à-terre for large families or groups. At the back of the house, you have a terrace and a large plot of land. Interesting location between Épinal and Remiremont and 24 km from Gérardmer, its lake and its ski resort La Mauselaine. Large gîte of 190 m². On the ground floor: Entrance with lounge area, \- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 244 liter refrigerator), \- Dining room with relaxation area and double-sided fireplace, opening onto the terrace. \- A bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), \- A bathroom with Italian shower, \- WC, suitable for people with reduced mobility. On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 6 single beds 90x200 cm) Baby bed available. Living room with games and TV. Bathroom with bathtub. 1 WC. Washing machine and dryer. Gas central heating. Outdoors: \- 2000 m² plot of land. \- Boules pitch. \- 56 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (adjoining the terrace of the owners' other gîte). Sheets provided (beds made for arrival), household and bathroom linen provided. Charges included. Wifi Internet. Housekeeping at the tenants' expense, or extra charge for 80 euros. In the summer, artisanal bread making. Traditional baking over a wood fire. Food and doctor 100 meters away. Shops 200 meters away: bakery-pastry shop in the center of the village, and supermarkets 7 km away in Pouxeux, or 18 km away in Épinal. The house includes two adjoining gîtes (private entrances) for 10 and 5 people. A bedroom on the ground floor (double bed) and a walk-in shower for people with reduced mobility. Does not have the Tourism and Disability label. You will be welcomed at the gîte by Olivier or his parents Claudine and Patrice Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable. Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present.
