My only problem was the fitted sheet was too small and popped right off! I called down to the desk and she brought one right up! Other than that everything was good!
We would have loved to have room darkening curtains in our room. Instead it was bright very early in our room. Also, the choices on the breakfast bar were limited. Only chorizo, no bacon or sausage. The breakfast staff were mostly talking in the back and not making sure things were filled and taken care of. They were also talking about guests in Spanish and annoyed when asked to fill things that were out.

The room are very clean and nice. Staff very friendly.
This will be my 3rd time with this Hampton Inn and we always extra satisfied. The breakfast is spectacular because they different options every day. There is something about their coffee too. I love it and my family will always stay here when we are in Garden City.

You send me a cancellation notice via email 30 minutes before check-in and I am driving. Don't see the message until I arrive at the hotel to find out, at 8 PM, that I have no reservation. Thanks, Hampton!!
We have stayed at this property several times in the past. This stay was surprisingly disappointing. There were several good points; the staff was very friendly and the managers reception (free lasagna) was a nice surprise. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends. The beds were rock hard, pillows felt old and dirty. No hot water. At all. Rooms were loud, could hear neighbors all night. Pool was beyond freezing. Breakfast was gone when we arrived at 8am. Bummer as this has been our ‘go-to’ as a layover when driving cross-country to see family for some time. Won’t be staying at this Hampton again.
