Very good Hotel.

Pros: Everything about this hotel is truly 5 star.
Cons: I couldn't think of anything.
Location: Lovely location,great view of the bay area .
I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel. One of the best I have stayed in.Good,friendly and very helpful staff. Good selection of tasty food,very good 24hr room service. Excellent facilities. A truly 5 star experience .

The room was good but we had the following experience 1. The Bidet was leaking which flooded the The toilet 2. Toiletries like complementary tooth brush, Tooth paste etc were missing 3. The room fridge was completely empty 4. For a room of two persons there was only One Hand towel

Good location

On the whole it was a good experience. Only complaint is that the staff sometimes did not feel very well trained to deal with unusual or busy situations. Also valet was too slow.

Perfektes Hotel für eine Stopover in Doha

Machten einen Stopover in Doha auf dem Weg zu den Malediven. Als Familie bekamen wir zwei grosszügige Suiten mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Verpflegung (Buffet) war ausgezeichnet. Momentan einziger Minuspunkt sind die Baustellen rund um das Hotel. Sie stören aber nur, wenn man vom Hotel aus zu Fuss in die Stadt läuft. Transfer von und zum Flughafen hat auch bestens geklappt.

Rudely awoken by reception at 1am

I checked in late and they didn't pre-authorise my credit card. They then woke me up with a call at 1am to inform me that I hadn't pre-auth. my card! Unbelievable! I wont be returning

good stay with bad room service

Cons: THE ROOM SERVICE NEED A GOOD CHANGE
Location: great location
ahhh when i book online for this hotel there is some thing wrong why and how the before last time i booked from the hotel website and then i went to the hotel its take like 30 min to find my reservation and now i booked from expedia and its online its take like 15 min to find my reservation also the receptionist keep to call some where in the hotel reservation services for what just to find my reservation GOD the room cleaning service is horrible i turn make up my room for 12 hours and no one come and make my room this is the 3rd time i got the same thing and i talked with the receptionist about that she answer why you did not call the room service "easily i was out of the room and i just switch the light of make my room SHOULD I KEEP CALL TO CLEAN MY ROOM ?? " i notify this issue like 3 time i mean all the times i book at this hotel THE ROOM SERVICE NEED A GOOD NEW VIEW one more thing i think in all hotel the mini bar is ready at the room by default but last 2 booking it was empty and no one ask me do you want the mini bar or not any way im not that interest about it , but they have to ask about its a 5 star hotel overall the room is good and the stay is good they have a COMFORT rooms that i like

O hotel é muito. Fiquei em um quadro executivo com vista muito boa. Cama confortável, perto do shopping e ainda oferece transporte de ida e volta para o aeroporto.
