We got an unnecessary call at 1 a.m. when we were all asleep. I couldn't get back to sleep for worrying. Also, the breakfast room was small and noisy.
Unique hotel. Just wish beer in room was included. That’s what I expected. Expedia showed checkin at 3pm. Actually it was at 4, didn’t get in room until 430ish. Staff did hook us up with beers as we waited.
Lovely historic home, late 19th century, where owners live & rent rooms (with bathrooms). Interesting and lively owners who enjoy having guests and take good care of you. Unique and charming. Town is interesting too.
The price was good places to eat close by stores ect
Check in was great - very friendly Everything was clean - the breakfast was great. Good variety and restocked quickly Only down side our mattress needed to be replaced. We did tell the person on check out. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will stay here again :)
The lady up front desk was a 10 and customer service she helped me with my service dog to my room she was amazing I don't remember her name if she went over and beyond make me comfortable
Had reserved a handy cap room with 2 double beds on first floor but they didn't have one. Offered a queen bed on first floor with partial handy cap and after reviewing the room we excepted it and was very pleased with it. Our stay was great and will use this hotel again when in Pickerington, Oh.
I liked that it was affordable and the room was clean.
The staff was very helpful and attentive which made our stay extremely enjoyable.
