We had a standard double room which was in lovely condition and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and modern with a walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet even though we had a room next to the elevator. Staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful. Position of the hotel was superb right in the centre near the spring waters. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel and the restaurant served different meals to suit all tastes.

Extremely nice, clean, quiet, good location while not in the middle of the chaos. Super nice breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Definitely recommend it.

Majestic hotel in center of Karlovy Vary.

Our weekend stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning amenities and the breathtaking view. The room exceeded all expectations. Honestly, the photos on the website do not do it justice! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. What truly set this place apart, though, was the sound of the river flowing right in front of our balcony. It's something you simply have to experience in person to fully appreciate. The soothing, natural soundtrack made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. The check-in process was seamless and our host was incredibly welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. This place was an absolute treat and we can’t wait to return!

Well appointed apartment, really pleasant building. Great beds, very quiet at night. Lovely neighbourhood with possibly some of the best coffee going. Spoilt for choice for decent places to eat also. Wonderful base for exploring Holešovice, City Centre and the surrounding areas. Tram stops practically outside. Only criticism is the check in, as building is unstaffed relies heavily on kiosk and clear information. Kiosk is easy enough to use, once you get the hang of it, but doesn't have the most user friendly interface. Information printed on walls is incorrect, use the entire reference given (not ten digits as indicated).
