Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, śniadanie smaczne, nawet pieką własne pieczywo. co do czystości to mamy pewne zastrzeżenia. Sprzątanie na bieżąco jest OK, ale wykładzina w pokoju brudna i śmierdząca ze starości, okna nie można było zamknąć, bo było zwichrowane. Za tą jakość usługi powinna być zdecydowanie niższa cena.

The service here was great but my room smelled of cigarettes and the air conditioner was not working the entire time I was there. I told staff about the broken air conditioner and they said nothing could be done. The bathroom ventilation wasn’t working as well so the stay for three days was a bit smelly, humid and warm.

Accommodation was clean and well-maintained, staff pleasant and helpful. On both evenings of my stay, the dining area was entirely given over to large school-parties. This meant I had to walk back into town to procure evening meals. Fortunately, the weather was kind on both occasions.

Good, functional, two star hotel similar to Ibis, but with somewhat larger rooms. Rather charmless, but does the job. No complaints.

Carpet in the room was very dirty, hairdryer had been disconnected due to COVID???? Had to ask for tea and coffee as there was a kettle but nothing else. Restaurant was open but had very little on the menu. Bar service was very slow or non existent.

Great Value for money
The only negative I have is that our lamp didn't work and the rooms are a little dark. This is so minor it is obvious that this is a good choice. For the very low price we paid I am happy with this hotel. On site parking, clean and smart rooms, plenty of space, decent facilities and friendly staff. Well located for transport with the bus and train stations a short walk away too!

Nice modern hotel, good service, room big enough, excellent bathroom, over all nice feeling. I can recommend to anyone who like McDonald experience, you newer know in which country, which city you are, everything looks the same.

A harder training for workers
Hotel is located in a very convenient place, rooms are quite a good size, but carpet it’s a little old and TV set is really outdated. They serve good breakfast in a buffet style: cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, oatmeal etc., but servants are inattentive unless you approach one and asked for something specific. They don’t greet guests (sic!). Overall the hotel is not bad, easy to get everywhere and not expensive.

Great Stay
Absolutely no problems with this Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was nice ,functional and clean. The breakfast had everything I needed. About a twenty minute walk to the old town.

It was a 50th University re-union,a very happy occasion that was celebrated in the hotel,hence very good location for staying in this hotel. We had a good time,food was good and atmosphere very festive. The Restaurant was nice.Breakfast was good,food selection was adequate.Good coffee machine with nice selection of coffees.

Cheap, clean, excellent WiFi
We stayed for 2 nights over new year's eve and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The bed was comfy, the room was warm and the showers were good (2 head, not the best water pressure but still fine). The WiFi was excellent and we were able to stream a Netflix movie, as well as a live football game the following day. The parking is chargeable at 35zl per day. They let us leave the car there until 6pm after we had checked out at 12pm which was nice. We were also allowed to use the bar / seating area to watch the football before we left too, which was really appreciated. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel for the price. Though beware it has a very Euroepan attitude to tea (no milk)! (Also a note to stay that we are a same-gender couple and this seemed to cause no issues for the hotel or its staff. This kind of info is important to some so I try to note it!)

Low cost safe hotel relatively close to Old Town.
I liked the room, very comfy bed, good temperature control. Low cost was a plus. New and clean, although the staff will not make bed every day on longer stays. Good buffet type breakfast (you need to pay extra). Walking distance to Old Town, but only if you like walking (some 25 minutes of brisk walking).

Please fix air conditioning
This would be an excellent hotel if they fixed the problems with the air conditionng. The air condtioning was in a heat only mode in my room during the week of my stay. It could not be fixed. The outside temperature maximum during the day was mid seventies, but the room was always much hotter. If I opened the window, which could only be opened a small amount presumably because they did not want to disrupt the temperature control for the room, late in the night the room would cool to a reasonable temperature. Otherwise it was unbearably hot. In some floors of the hotel the temperature controls worked, but not on my floor. The staff was very pleasant, and we tried changing rooms once, but it was much the same in the new one.

Decent place to sleep.
Breakfast was a one big misunderstanding. I highly recommend to skip it. It seems that the carpet was designed to withstand shoes. Cultural thing I guess. No smoking sing on the table and a faint smell of cigarettes while entering the room for the first time. Plastic cups, not every person might like it. Private mineral water disappeared along with the chocolate during my visit to the City Center and the Old Town.

Room was small but clean with towels and amenities refreshed everyday of our 5 day stay. Staff was attentive and polite. Wifi didn't work in our room but did in lobby and restaurant. Good moderately priced breakfast in hotel, but there are no other convenient alternatives. 15/20 minute walk to the Rynek puts you in the middle of things for sights, dinner and shopping. Gated parking lot also a plus.
