Great place but very noisy public transport outside - trams, buses, trains. If you are a light sleeper it is not for you.

Highly recommend this hotel
Lovely clean hotel, 5 mins walk from train station. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Highly recommended for a short stay in Wroclaw

Nice historical hotel but not run very well
The hotel had air-conditioning malfunction so throughout our whole 3 night stay in July (top of summer) we had to sleep with windows open and listen to the traffic outside. The reception said the air-conditioning will be fixed in August :) On the day of checkout the elevator had a malfunction and I had to carry two heavy (25 kg) pieces of luggage down the staircase. The drainage in my shower was stuck and it took the water 20-30 minutes to drain fully. Staff at reception was junior and not very helpful. When I asked for a spare room key to be able to access my kids' room they said they ran out of them due to high occupancy. Otherwise the hotel was ok for the price and location. I liked that the rooms had a historical feel to them, but seemed well maintained.

Good location, close to the railway station and public transport. Feels a bit like the time has stopped. Restaurant opens only for breakfast but breakfast had good choices. Room needed better hoovering not just the centre of the roo. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Overall, not bad for 1 night stay.

Nasty surprise.
I arrived to hotel Europejski at 3.30 am as my flight was delayed and I was told that my booking was moved to another hotel-Polonia. When I artived here receptionist wasn't aware and couldn'tfind my booking. After 15 minutes I finally received a room.Room wasn't clean, a bit stinky, no tea/coffee facilities and in general much lower standard that I booked.The only socket to charge my phone was in the bathroom. At 9.20 housekeeper woke me up trying to unlock the door. I wasn't informed about change of the hotel which was apparently known earlier. Overall it was a dreadful experience.

I had a wonderful stay! For the past month I have accommodated some of the Ukrainian families in this hotel. All the staff were great, especially, Jacob, he was always with a heartwarming smile. Many thanks to Hotel Europejski Wroclaw and all of their staff for their wonderful hospitality ❤️

I stayed at the hotel for nearly 3 weeks. The hotel was conveniently located a block away from the train station and shopping center but 18 minutes walk to the town center. The staff were all pleasant, especially Andre, he was excellent and very helpful, always with a smile on his face. I recommend the hotel.

The location is super conveniente because only few steps away from the central station of Wroclaw. The hotel is a bit dated although it is visible that money has been spent to renovate it. The reception staff was welcoming despite the very late hour of my check-in, and in fact they were gracious also to lend me a charging cable for my phone. The most disappointing part is the cleanliness: there is no consistency. The sheets for instance were immaculate and smelled fresh; but the carpet in the room was filthy; in the bathroom there was a glass that still had residues of the drink from the previous occupant. Breakfast offering was wide, but I was welcomed by a waitress who absolutely needed my breakfast voucher, so I had to go fetch it. Anyway, the food was good and prepared with a certain degree of attention. On the other hand, the quality of some of the products was very average (orange juice, etc). I would go back only if there were no alternatives.

Well located close to the railway station. A bit (but definitely walkable) from the touristic centre of town. Nothing to complain about, good room. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Lovely hotel with a bit of history and in a great location across from RG Train/Bus Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms fairly plain though.

Hotel itself is expensive for what if offers. Carpet in my room was stained with some black stains, shower was leaking, when I entered there was lots of air refreshing spray in the room (really overhelming). When if faded away other stinky rotten smell replaced it. It is impossible to park in front or even close to the hotel. Security guard was sitting and watching football game in the lobby.

The hotel is fairly close to city center. The room was ok,decent size and nice bathroom but there was no fridge and the carpets looked old. The first thing that put us off was the ignorance of the reception staff,horrible welcoming. The breakfast was alright but the coffee was more like a joke lol. Since the breakfast isn't included you might as well consider taking the br3akfast somewhere else (loads of choices around the city center)

Every query we had at this hotel was responded with a negative response. No food in restaurant despite arriving at 7pm. Hotel stated newspapers available again no. We had to get new shower gell as container was left empty. Cups and glasses in rooms are left uncleaned. Poor selection at breakfast. Poor situation.

Lovely traditional feel hotel
Booked room but lovely suite with nice traditional feel. Quite at back of hotel. Reception staff very helpful, and nice coffee shop. Breakfast average could be better. Excellent transport links nearby for sightseeing airport & railway. An easy walk into old town & to bars & restaurants. We had a great stay and would use this hotel again excellent value.

Frankly speaking, i think the hotel facility is ok for this rate. The reason i am giving bad review is: 1. The girls in the reception are really cold and not friendly at all, except a guy who was very helpful. 2. I told the reception at 8:20 am that i need a taxi at 9 am. But when i came down to the lobby, there was no taxi. 5 minutes later, they called and tell me that i have to wait 10 mins. I said i will be late for my meeting. They said its rush hour. i know, that's why i told you 40 mins in advance to book the taxi. Then they call other companies, and 1 do come in 3 mins. But i lost 20 mins in lobby already, which made me nervous for being late to the meeting. But again no smiling face, no apology. 3. They do let me do late check out at 14:00. that's great. but when i asked for receipt, they said something wrong with the computer. I don't know how long i have to wait and i have a train to catch. So i told them never mind. its not that important. Again, no smiling face, no apology. I do not care that i don't get receipt, just their attitude is ruining all positive sides of the hotel and your stay. The hotel lacks of basic staff training.

One very slow lift, bed old & not most comfortable. Not really modern feel. Saying that however really central location in a great city. I didn't eat in hotel so can't comment on food. If you want a place to stay (then go out) is great for that purpose.
