Great place to stay!
Amazing hotel, fab location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, a good variety too. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely look into Puro hotels in the future!

So the Wroclaw hotel was lovely. However, when booking through *Your Website* the webpage refreshed and fed us Puro in Gdansk. Pressed confirm, then almost immediately recognized the error. Called Expedia Customer Service and got a Huge run-around, concluding with “sorry, you agreed to our terms. The charge is non-refundable.” Complete garbage. Immediately disputed with our credit card company and yes, they are customer-forward. Forever more, we will tell people what crooks Expedia is.

Generally nice hotel with great localization
Generally room is comfortable, however not cosy. No rooms with bath tube. No coffe machine or kettle to boil water in room. There is tea/coffe next to reception desk but I do not feel like going down in pyjamas and carrying hot cup of tea to my room.

The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is delicious! Also the pictures on the website of the gym should be changed because it doesn’t even come close to doing it justice. You have to walk to it, but it’s a three minute gym and it’s a full, huge very good one.

canal side location boutique hotel.
design centered boutique, well located hotel on edge of old town and next to a canal. beautiful grounds and lobby/lounge area. Room on 3rd floor was comfortable, bright, quiet and clean but missing a full length mirror and had a semi transparent toilet/shower (obvs the designer never used one of these toilets while their colleague was in the bedroom!... we used the toilet in the basement (-1) instead!..see pic). Breakfast was OK (not as good a selection as in Puro Poznan) but the orange juice was the worst ever tasted.. coloured, flavourless water.. (defo no oranges were hurt in the making of it!!!).. Table staff were a bit surly.. is an occasional smile and polite comment too much to ask before 11am? the exception was Kinga on reception who was really lovely and very professional... only other issue.. one evening we returned to our floor at 7pm and passed a tray of half eaten food outside one room on the corridor floor.. at 10am next morning the tray was still there.. gross.. surely with all the security cameras, someone noticed it and could have removed it.. very bad image of lack of service and care for a nice hotel like this...

Modern, well equipped, very friendly and helpful staff (called endless taxi companies to find one who could pick me up at the station without too long a wait on an evening when they were in very high demand - that’s just one example), short walk to centre but backs on to woodland. Good food, available for long hours. Very good value. Recommended.

Great Hotel in Wroclaw
This hotel was great, with an optimal location. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, nice rooms, and convenient tablet system for the electricity in the room which also made it easy order room service. Restaurant had great food! Will stay here again if I ever make it back to Wroclaw.

Great Modern Hotel in a Beautiful Old City
A perfect location in old town. Close enough to the center and yet situated near cafes and restaurants right off the river walk of this beautiful city. Helpful, interested staff with a terrific breakfast and lovely cafe that serves until eleven at night. Modern ergonomic rooms with a comfortable bed and terrific shower. And the real bonus is the city of Wroclaw itselt.

Good location
The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room. I was in was a bit small for a double bedroom. There is no mirror except in the bathroom. I would have preferred to have a kettle in the room instead of going down in the lobby to have free unlimited coffee from the machine each time you fancy one. Apart from that a good hotel.

I love this hotel, the staff are friendly, extremely helpful whilst at the same time professional. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are very comfortable. The only thing to be aware of with the rooms, is they are a little on the small side, but once you get used to that (very quickly) you realise everything you need is there. And being a technology freak I love the central control for everything :) I first visited this hotel somewhere around 9 or 10 years ago and they have updated and maintained it perfectly. They also have a small number of hotels in other cities and I would recommend those too, this is a great chain of hotels

Couple get away
The hotel is located on a street full of fantastic bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful time eating out and seeing the sights, most of which was found through info at the hotel and the staff there. The breakfast was expensive but really lovely, the free hot drinks were such a bonus too.
