The whole hotel smelled of marijuana. Inside the room had a mildew and fresh paint smell. People were up until early hours playing loud music and sounded like a party was going on. I do not recommend this hotel unless it’s a last resort. The surrounding area was not safe looking at all and when I would go out to walk my dog I would be on high alert of my surroundings.

Staff was great. There is a liquor place and a chicken place that connects to parking lot people were drinking and hanging out atleast frim 7pm9pm that’s what I noticed. Could have been later there was oil and plenty of tobacco on concrete

Customer service was awful, there was no toilet paper, no towels, and no hair dryer in the room and when I asked about it I got an attitude from the man at the desk. Jarian is awesome though but everyone else needs to go stay at another hotel to see how you treat people. The second floor smelled like pot and we had 6 rooms full of kids so that was also inconvenient.

We used this property as a one night stay-over on a trip to Orlando. For the price we were just hoping for a decently clean place to grab a few hours of sleep. It's a well kept property and the staff was polite and professional. The room was very clean. Great value. P.S. - try the chicken shack next door, it's amazing.

Overall property is good. Front desk attendant was very good. Room was fair. Surrounding area lacks a bit being that motel is behind a very busy and sketchy liquor store.

The staff made a big deal about the no smoking rules of the facility however when I entered my room it smelled like cigarettes. The shower smelled of mildew and the AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to get some sleep. The bathroom door was also broken and did not lock. The breakfast was very limited and when I went to make a waffle the batter dripped out at an incredibly slow rate. When I asked the front desk if they could refill the waffle batter dispenser I was told “there’s some in there” and sent back to struggle with the slow dripping dispenser.

It had the sweet ant but the front desk Mr. Gunn and the other staff Wilford was very helpful and made it feel just fine!! Great Job to them and keep up the excellent customer service!!!

The clientele was diverse but included a woman soliciting and many large men who although were perfectly fine, were intimidating to a woman traveling alone. The room was gray with gray floors and horrible lighting so honestly felt like a prison. In a positive note the gentlemen at the front desk were professional and friendly and the breakfast was great. Just not a great location or atmosphere for women but for the money if you’re not alone it’s not bad

Room was clean and comfortable. There was no hot water in the shower. The front desk associate said to run it for 10 minutes to get the water hot. All that did was waste water. This should be repaired.

Rooms looked nice in pictures but in person they definitly got the “landlord special” when they last renovated. Painted over damaged walls, paneling in shower falling off, air conditioner wasn’t working, Staff was friendly and tried their best to help.
