"Excellent property in an area of France we had not visited before.Locals were generally helpful and friendly.La bonne source in Revin and Robinsons in nearby village were two good restaurants.Plenty to do in house in bad weather and plenty outside.Plenty of amenities close by. It was a good choice."

"The castle is dramatic in it's contruction and the tour well worth the time. The hotel is part of the fort itself and is old and charming. Some rooms are being updated, but ours was already good. Staff friendly and efficient. Parking easy."

"Located in a not quite salubrious part of town, first impressions are mixed. However the owner is very welcoming (without any English being spoken) and the hotel has a rustic, individual charm. The room was quiet and clean, with a level of amenity to be expected. The highlight of the stay was the meal in the hotel restaurant - freshly cooked, local influence and great value. The owner was attentive and keen to please."

"The property was lovely, right on the river and beautiful flowers on the grounds. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the views. The cabin was as described, small and rustic, but provided all of the necessities and was comfortable for our family. One thing to note is that towels are not provided, so plan ahead."
