We'll be back....
This was our 3rd visit. The main public areas are beautiful and very comfortable. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and there was someone playing the piano, which made the atmosphere very special. Our bedroom was comfortable, but we needed to ask for a fan. Some tweaks are needed such as brighter lighting near the mirror, and a power point near the mirror would have been useful. We had dinner in the restaurant...the meal was beautiful and good value. Three courses for £30. Stephen and team were really helpful throughout our stay. Its a great location to explore the area.

The property is beautiful. The area in which the hotel sits is well presented and well maintained. It is close to Londonderry city centre. Staff wonderful and the food excellent. Would recommend this hotel to everybody. We are going back in August.

Excellent!
Usually I am unable to stay in this lovely hotel due to it being over my company's budget but got a great deal. Such a nice hotel in quiet surroundings. Rooms are luxury and food is excellent! Staff member in bar very professional and friendly, didn't get his name but young guy,fair hair and tall. Will definitely stay again if I can.

Staff were friendly until they tried to charge £17 for a bowl of soup , plus I was very disappointed with our room, I paid for executive suite and got a normal small room nothing special with a massive bed

The Hotel is furnished to a high standard and that is apparent has soon as you walk in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is highly recommend, there is restaurant and a bar area that you can get food from, I didn't try but both are very nice areas to relax and eat your evening meals. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again.

This room we stayed in was quite old and could use to be updated. The ground and lobby seemed well kept, but we were very disappointed upon entering our room. The room was stuffy and the while the window allowed some cooler air, the hotel sits on a busy road, so we heard cars all night long. The shower was tiny and my 6'5" husband had to hunch over to stand under the short shower head. There was a large tub in the room that looked nice, but we didn't use it. We tried to call down to the front desk, but after being disconnected twice, we had to walk down instead. Not the most pleasant stay.
