Somebody open the door and came in our room as we were in there and they realize somebody was in the room they ran out the room … Bathroom smell strange and the sink had a water leak

Our shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was out for the entire stay. They brought new towels but did very little else (no new cups, new coffee,etc).

Hotel was nice and clean, as all Embassy Suites hotels usually are. Only complaint is either there was an event going on, I arrived at the busiest time of the week or the parking lot is woefully too small for the amount of guests on property. Parking was an absolute nightmare 😅

Staff were great, but this is definitely a run down hotel. Our room air conditioning did not work, musty smell in room, and bathroom dirty. Pool was nice. Breakfast good, but they closed down before 9:30 breakfast hours. Usually love Embassy Suites for the extra room.

Great location and price. Only 10 minutes to downtown Nashville. Nice appointed room and it was clean. I did get a smoke smell on the room but knowing it was clean was helpful. We would stay again.

The day we checked in there was a large contingent present which made things challenging. Checkin took more time than it should. However with limited staff they still did a decent job managing it. Kudos to the staff. Place was clean and well kept. Room is smaller than a typical Embassy Suites room was my observation. Perhaps it was just our room. Overall, breakfast was very good, staff was great serving and cleaning, and the stay was pleasant. Will go back again

Wish daily parking wouldn’t have been so high we were shocked. But overall very nice hotel and close to everything!

Children ALWAYS using pool and you will never be able to go because there are so many. Breakfast is not good. I didn’t get room service the entire time I was there and I did request it. I am allergic to featherspillows and requested non feather and they brought up feather ones lol toilet broke, they fixed it but not the cold water in the shower. Not a good experience at all.

The hotel is in a nice & quiet area.......wasn't at all worried about safety. This is why I prefer the Embassy Suites chain...the open lounge area is also a reason why I prefer this chain.

This particular Embassy Suites, was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with this chain! The hotel is beautiful and immaculate and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and requests answered with professionalism and promptness so many companies are lacking. The location makes for easy access to all Nashville entertainment without the high prices and frustrating trafficI would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for comfort and impeccable service in the Nashville area!

Housekeeping did not come and tidy up or leave fresh towels after I even called and requested it. 2 women at the Front desk were so unfriendly and acted like I was bothering them by asking questions. The cocktail hour and breakfast was good and the staff was working hard.

The check in was great. Wish I had gotten the receptionist’s name. She was sweet and attentive. Explained everything and did it with a smile. Great restaurant on site. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport. Easy and the driver was very polite. Only complaint is that you have to pay to park your car.

The check-in process was easy but I realized I was charged twice. Once by a 3rd party and then once by the hotel. I’m still waiting on any type of refund. Front desk wasn’t willing to refund and neither was the 3rd party app. So it became a lot of time trying to resolve it. As of writing this it’s still not resolved. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were too thin. The food at the restaurant was not the best at all. The salmon was dry and the fries tasted like the oil was bad or they were freezer burned. Wasn’t impressed. 3 of us ate and it was $90 which was outrageous for a sub par meal. I booked this for the 24hr shuttle but I don’t think we will be back.

We did refund your card back for the payment that you paid, that the 3rd party was supposed to pay. We did get that from them and refunded your card. Sorry for the inconvenience and the troubles you had during your stay.

Carpet in room was filthy. Found a woman’s eye lash on the floor. One of the pillows had an oil stain through the pillowcase onto the pillow. Called housekeeping for an ice bucket liner but it was not delivered. I borrowed one from another guest. Have been going to this Embassy Suites for years but won't go back. I loved the happy hour, and the breakfast was amazing! However the room has very poor ventilation and was so humid! And another thing that was a huge bummer on our 4 night stay was the tables and chair area all around the pool had cockroaches so my kids didn't get to swim except 1 day my husband did call the front desk vut not sure if they called in a bug places.
