The hotel atriums are beautiful. The river boat ride and colorful water fountain show were enjoyable. There is too much to see and do.
This hotel is in a great location to the Opry, Mall and and General Jackson showboat and offers a $10 shuttle bus ride to all the downtown Nashville attractions. Suite Room was a bit odd. Red/black carpet, love seat looking at a microwave rather than a tv (which was in the bedroom). Had a jacuzzi ...
The Inn was nice. However, the external rooms are very loud. The toilet kept running in our room. A/C unit kept the room very cold.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly. Continental breakfast was actually pretty good.
It’s OK when I check in the lady at the counter she was nice
nice location. disappointed that the hot tub was taped off and not working.
Rick was very friendly and welcoming at check in. I will recommend to friends if every in area.
Over all it’s very nice. Just a short ride to downtown, plenty of restaurants close by
The property was very clean and nice. Although we didn't use the bar it looked great and on a different type of trip we likely would have. The food was great out of the café staff was wonderful and pool was refreshing. Our only recommendation would be the addition of a Hot Tub. Great stay.
