Even though I got there a bit earlier than 2p check-in, I waited only a short time before they had my room ready for me. The room was good sized, with a nice view of the city. The bed is a bit rough compared to the other Asian hotels I was in prior, so my back hurt some from it. The pool was warm unfortunately since it was hot out, but all to myself and relaxing. Just a heads up. You do have to take the elevator to the sixth floor, then two flights of stairs to get to the pool. The location is great for about everything you need to see! The water is close, food is close & the bus stations are nearby as well (very easy to use). The hotel looks nice in the inside... maybe too much art work, but nice. I walked all over HCMC for miles with no issues, so I feel it's a safe area. Overall it's a pretty good choice if you're needing a hotel in that area. I would suggest that you check it out if you're in need!

Stayed with my 9 year old son and it’s close to do most of the things that we wanted to do Staff and Security were all Great. Only thing is Breakfast was a little Boring but still Ok David and Dennis

Very nice, affordable, accommodation in the heart of Saigon. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated with beautiful artwork that really add character. At this price, in this area, I highly recommend.

Even though I was a Gold member, I did not receive an upgrade for my room. I was told I was upgraded but I was put in an interior room without a window... It felt like a cell and it was the first time I have been in a hotel room without a window to the outside. However, there was a window to a fire ladder on the inside of the building which was not secure. Anybody, could have gained access to my room from the ladder.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is a little dated, but still beautiful, that added to the charm, for us. It is a great value, given its location and great service.

Windowless room 💔
They assigned me a room at the back with a tiny window that opened into the airwell filled with aircon compressors, it was depressing and noisy throughout the night. I heard people singing karaoke too. Might have got a better deal at 2-star hotel. I was really disappointed I did not get a room with street view. The room is old, limited power points. The art in the corridors are beautiful though. Bed was comfortable. Room was huge. Bathtub was huge although I saw a cockroach in it the next morning (climbed up from the drain). The pool is tiny, you can cross it within 3 strokes. Breakfast was varied and yummy, but you must be early otherwise it will burn on the roofttop. Water dispenser is available at the lobby. Great location with many hip and yummy eateries within the block, and in the absolute fanciest area of Saigon. Great service as expected of old school hotel.

A Memorable Birthday
I had a very enjoyable stay! The hotel is centrally located. I was upgraded to room 403 which was wonderful! It has a beautiful view of Saigon! Friday night noise tends to quiet down around midnight. It was my birthday and hotel staff surprised me with a beautifully decorated room and cupcakes.

Hotel has a nice lobby and is in a great location close to markets and river. Room was spacious and great amenities. Breakfast offering was very good. Pool and gym were good. Hard to complain about anything with this hotel other than the room rate would not be considered a real bargain in these times.

This is a great hotel in a great location. For the price it is a great place to stay. Breakfast is amazing on the rooftop. The rooms are tired and old but for a place to stay, it’s clean and the people are friendly. There are plenty of shops and lots to see just walking. If there is one complaint, it would be the internet. It is great in public places are horrible in our room. I would stay there again at a heart beat.
