We stayed four nights.
Very friendly staffs.
Healthy breakfasts, included in the cost of the room.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE WIFI AND SIM that are referred by the hotel manager/staff.
We paid 800K VND for a WIFI device and 300K VND for a phone sim. The 300K VND seemed to work, but the 800K VND WIFI device was useless. We even exchanged to try the second one, but it was still useless.
Sim and WIFI for 30 days are lot cheaper everywhere.

We had such a wonderful experience staying in Hanoi at this location. Ruby and her staff are so kind and helped us make our stay even more special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and take care of us during our two nights in Hanoi. Thank you Ruby, we loved all of the places you recommended for food and coffee.

We stayed 3 nights, we booked deluxe double room, I think we got an upgrade. The room on 2nd floor across the hospital, very busy and loud noise. You need to wear ear plug to sleep that’s the upgrade. The room needs some TLC and cleaning on light beam, you can see the dust accumulated ready to drop.
24 hrs front desk, Ana is wonderful, Da not sure, he was charging us more money on laundry, money exchange less 500 dong per 1$. Bus to Sapa also more. The next morning we exchanged money to another staff with Correct rate.
The bed and pillows was great, they
make up room everyday, which we really love it. Breakfast is average. Location 8 mins walk to night market. WIFI not that good, is on and off. We used the hotel for pickup airport the person was late, then waiting for the car also late.
