staff speak only chinese

Cons: teach the staff languages.
Upon arrival to the hotel a receptionist asked for a credit card to have deposit which gladly I presented my Sterling (British Pound) credit card but he said : I shall take 16000 deposit, I was shocked because I paid every thing in advance. my son 44 years old asked for hot chocolate at breakfast, It was a big crisis and managers and dictionaries at the end he agreed to have water.

the facility is pretty old and out of date, the front desk is not that friendly, the room I had doesn't have the windows and but the location is not bad though

Good location, but not good services

Additional fee. We have 7 people. I booked four Rooms with breakfast included. However, we checked in, they said only one breakfast included. We have too pay 180 rmb for each of three rooms with two people. I clearly specified two people for each room for three rooms. I also paid $32 per day, per room for breakfast including when I book the hotel.

Nice location, beautiful hotel, sweet people and great food at the restaurant. Lunch buffet prices a bit Sauer but big vaiarity of food. Taxi can be difficult to take unless you are wiloling to pay a bit more...

5 star with no room wifi access

it was a 5 star experience. could have been perfect if their wifi in the room was working. So if you are travelling for business and need to work from the hotel , you need to go to their business center .

Excellent service from all staff members

Pros: The people working herr provided great service
Over all this hotel was very good. The one down side was that the in house food was very expensive.
