Nice hotel in Changan, reasonably priced

For a 5 star hotel, pretty reasonably priced, and you can't go wrong with Pullman. Location is near our business client office, so we might go back here for next visit.

Very Nice Hotel in Changan

First time visiting Changan, so we go with Pullman to make sure our stay was outstanding. There were a lot of local hotel brand but we stick with Pullman. Hotel was luxurious, Room was spacious and comfy.

Location is not great. Great swimming pool, gym, and related facilities. Overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.

Bad Wifi, Bad food, Great pillows!

Nice hotel, the most AMAZING memory foam pillows and long dome pillows at the bottom of the bed...which I would like to buy (but none available.) Unfortunately the Wifi was horrible. Even after they came and attached a router in the room, I still could not get a good connection and could not access any images. The food in Urban Spoon had nothing for the Western customer. I paid a lot for the buffet and could find very little I wanted to eat. Free breakfast buffet the same....

Clean, Cosy with Friendly Staff

One of the best Pullman hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are excellent and the service staff are friendly and very helpful. If you are in Changan, this hotel gives you a nice getaway with a lovely pool, gym facilities, spa and massage services. Helps make working with the factories in the day much more comforting, knowing you have this hotel to go back to in the evenings.
