This is my second time in this property. The hotel is not bad and is located in a good area, however you can find a better and newer hotels for less. Plus, I can't understand how they charge almost 15 per day in parking fee. Old sheets and overall cleanliness is not the best.

Great Hotel

Nice facilities very close to the beach. They need a renovation in order to be a 4-5 star. But is a great hotel. We had a great time with my family.

Inside a gated residential area/timeshare

Pros: security , family oriented
Cons: housekeeping
Location: Dorado is a quaint little town west of old san juan , very safe . has some 24 hour grocery nearby and lots of good restaurants plus the beach .
must have a car when you go here, it is inside a residential area but pretty nice.

Pros: Althought the pool was shared with the Embassy Suites guest it was OK
Cons: Availability of potions to buy extra tickets to a pool. For axample, family of five, only fot 4 banda to go to the pool. THere was no option to buy an

RUDE FRONT DESK. WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES

Pros: THE POOL
Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE, ROOM UPDATES, DIRTY RUGS, THE A/C WAS DRIPPING WATER.
Location: NOTHING TO DO
WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES. PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WAS CHARGED 2 SEPARATE CHARGES AND WHEN I CALLED TO ASKED ABOUT THE CHARGES NOBODY KNEW ANYTHING I SPOKE TO MARIA AND YADIRA BOTH WERE CLUELESS AND RUDE. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. FRONT DESK WORKERS NEED TO LEARN FLUENT ENGLISH.

In general is ok. The facilities need a little maintenance. The rugs need to change it. The pool is great and the beach too. The food is too expensive and the parking too.

It was a great place because of location but room was too cold and we could not regulate room temperature.
