Don't ever Stay here!

First allow me to pay a ton of kudos to the desk staff. They were nice, accommodating and willing customer advocates. Now for why Aquarius Vacation rentals is not worthy of my additional business or higher recommendation.
We arrived right at 4pm check in time and neither room was available, and neither were adjoining as requested.
So, we walked out to the pool bar and wasted money on bad food and high priced drinks.
Now on to our rooms.
- No hot water on nights 1 & 2
- Maintenance finally fixed the hot water and left, or so we thought. Came back to room and no water in shower
- Refrigerator wouldn't get cold (likely do to the completely frosted freezer section over the cooling unit.
- 2 Double beds were more like 2 over-sized Twins.
At this point we decided to check out and cut losses. Arranged our 2 last nights in San Juan @ Caribe Hilton, and could not be happier.
