Great hotel and friendly staff. Helped us find local restaurants and entertainment. Parking is an issue since you get charged per day plus the resort fee per day so please be aware!

Hotel facilities are great! Staff professional & very nice. For a room with a beach view you have to pay an additional $20/ night + 14.50/ night for parking lot + 18% in addition of rate & reg. taxes. We stayed for 2 nights. The pool is very good, not so the beach. Breakfast super!

awful experience

Pros: staff was very nice
Cons: you can reimburse our money for the hotel
This hotel was filthy. Room had mildew all over rugs and watersprinkler. Sickening smell in room. Overcrowded, could not even get in pool, 5 proms in the week. Most room had 6 people. Catsup on elevator windows, gummy bear and chips all over floor, gargage strewn outside hotel rooms. Loud music and yelling all night. Sick on food in bar I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. When we contacted the hotel they said they would reimburse the resort fee (what resort filthy beach, overcrowded pool-could not even get in pool). They never reimbursed then when I wrote again they said they would not reimburse anything and we should contact Expedia Absolutely worst experience everrrrrr

Nice hotel with pool and beach.

Pros: Hotel staff was top notch! They answered all of my questions and made really good suggestions on excursions.
Cons: The bedsheet was dirty in one of the beds.
Location: A bit confusing getting to the hotel as it resides in a private residential community. Better or clearer signs would be helpful for first timers.
Breakfast was fantastic! Excellent hot breakfast with an assortment of choices to choose from. From made to order omelets to cereals with milk. The hotel staff was helpful and very friendly. Pool was really nice and just a quick walk to the beach. Rooms was clean for the most part except for one of the beds had a dirty sheet cover. Didn't advise the staff since it was on the 2nd day of my stay which was also the departure day. All in all, I will not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Parking prices is to high and to far from hotel

Location: Nothing close....
Good experience, family very excited about the pool and breakfast. I personally like the massage.

It was a wonderful experience. The rooms could have been cleaner well the bathroom. Also an issue with ants not hundreds of them but enough to annoy. The staff was awesome, very professional. Always willing to assist. The beach area wasn't such a great expirience the sand was filthy. Loved the staff the hospitality.

Very nice hotel, clean, nice pool, nice beach.

Pros: Family atmosphere.
Location: The location is very good, but because we couldn't get a rental we didn't check everything around.
Myn wife and I stayed for 2 nights. It was a very good experience but we had to live because when we got into the airport we couldn't get a car and because the location of the hotel paying taxi started to get very expensive! After the second night we decided to go closer to old San Juan and the hotel we got was a very big mistake.

Nice hotel close to beach

This hotel was very clean & the staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable with lots of tiny pillows. Bathroom was nice size with plenty of towels. Our room had a sitting area separate from bedroom with TV, table, fridge & microwave. Good security. Unfortunately it was obvious that this used to be a super nice hotel that has been allowed to get slightly run down. Needs some maintenance but still very nice

Hotel is nice with a really nice breakfast.

The hotel is nice. There is an outside pool along with a bar/restaurant. The beach is passed the pool which is really nice. The warm is warm and calm. The breakfast spread is really good. The only problem I had was room can be cleaner and there were a couple of ants in the room
